Nathan was very responsive and easy to work with. He provided a courtesy call when he knew he was going to be late. He instantly diagnosed the problem with our fridge â a leaking water hose â and came back later after I was able to go buy the part. He fixed it in 10 minutes for a very fair charge over the two visits. I would definitely hire him again.

Nathan was prompt and courteous. He analyzed the problem with my dishwasher and was able to order the necessary part before he left my home. Unfortunately, with this pandemic, we had to wait a bit longer than normal for the part. (not Nathan's fault) Within a day or two of arrival, he was installing the part. A true professional!

They were fast and on time, just before Thanksgiving. I had them come 3 weeks before the holiday and had to call them a few times to follow up. But they were able to squeeze me in on Tuesday before the holiday. They did great! And it was fast and affordable!

Nathan arrived within the 3-hour window he promised. He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly, and HE WAS WEARING A MASK, which was very much appreciated. He was knowledgeable and efficient and cleaned up his work space. I would definitely hire him again.
