"Consumer beware, to say we our disappointed with the communication and integrity of this company is an understatement. We were given a quote that was not a true replacement of all the compromised parts and Josh never even communicated that one of the compromised parts could not be replace because it was obsolete due to the age of the garage door opener. Only after the work was completed and we questioned it did Josh email us and suggest that the system may need to be replace, but this was never communicated to us or even suggested therefore we didn't have a choice to make a different decision. Instead we spent just south of $1000 for a garage door that still has a bolt with only 50% life left.
