Our business flooded from a broken water line causing major damage. Central Oregon Disaster Restoration was able to keep my business open throughout the entire project, meaning I didn't have to close down. The crew was onsite within 20 minutes to get started. Thank you so much to everyone involved in my project. I highly recommend this company if you experience any type of disaster.

They said they were available. Came out and inspected attic. They gave me a bid and then we scheduled work. Work was to be done while I was out of town. On my return the only thing done was plastic on steps. They said there were more areas after they looked harder. I suspected the quick bid and last minute price hike screen. We met, said they would get new bid to me that afternoon. Never heard from them again. Didn't answer calls, texts or emails. Wasted my time. Terrible experience and business.

I have been meaning to review about this company and finally getting around to it. About a couple of months ago I was searching for a restoration company to help me with my water damage from my fridge. First thing is I went with another company and this company talked to them and told them not to take me. This alone I think is unprofessional. I first wanted to go with this company, but serval reasons made me switch. When I called they assigned we with a person who wanted to talk to me right away and because of work and other reasons told them I would call in a couple of days since the damage didn't need immediate attention. When I tried to contact this person, for about a week, I had no response only voice mail. I then talked to the of the mangers and told him I couldn't get a hold of the person. He said he could talk to him. I was very cautious about contractors since we just had a bad experience with one months before this and I was too trusting. I asked a lot of questions and he seemed annoyed that I would do that. He told me the insurance would only give me what I deserve, as if I was some person trying to steal from the insurance. He was very rude and acted like he had better things to do.

I signed up for Angie's List specifically to find a restoration company after learning to my horror that I had a flooded crawl space with mold growth. Selected 3 companies to get quotes from, including Central Oregon Disaster Restoration, because of all the rave reviews. Though the quote was higher than the other one I received, I selected CODR because of the high reviews and my impressions during the initial assessment/quote process. I Never have I been so impressed by services received, EVER. I cannot adequately thank or praise Production/Project Manager Jesse Rowden enough, from his professionalism and restoration knowledge to his repeated, timely communications, to his efforts to minimize cost increases when more extensive damage (mold growth and saturated insulation) was discovered. Service crews were also professional, courteous, and timely, and took care to protect access areas inside the home as equipment and materials were moved into and out of the crawl space. Since the flooding and damage was discovered during a home inspection done as part of the sale of the house, it was not only shocking but also extremely stressful. I found Jesse's customer service to invaluable in terms of providing peace of mind during a situation that seemed so foreign and out of my control; I felt that I was in very good hands. CODR does not perform water removal; we easily did that ourselves (using our water feature pump!). CODR then mobilized, removed vapor barrier and wet insulation, then placed multiple fans in the crawl space for several days. When cold temperatures inhibited the drying process, they added additional equipment to expedite the process. Jesse did an incredible job of keeping me informed at each step along the way, and when he called to deliver the bad news that mold growth was more extensive than first thought, requiring a higher level of effort to remove, described steps he would take to help offset the additional costs. (This included checking in on the drying process less frequently, after it was found to be progressing slowly.) Once the drying was complete, they used sandblasters to remove the mold, followed by a subcontractor to install new insulation. Again, I cannot say enough about Jesse and this company. Jesse would typically call me well after 5pm to provide updates, yet always took as much time as needed to describe the work that had taken place, answer all of my questions, and describe next steps. He also made extra effort when work was completed to get me final documentation and invoices within 2 days of completion of work, to facilitate the scheduled closing of escrow. All of the CODR staff I interacted with were professional and performed quality work, but it is the customer service that sets them apart. My only regret is that they don't perform other types of work for which I can hire them to perform! Thank you, Jesse and CODR!

Very well. Professional work.

They showed up within hours of my call, assessed the situation and got started. Left fans running under the house and an aircleaner inside the house. After a week of drying it was totally cleaned up. They even communicated with the plumber for me.

They have been really good to work with. They were on time. They were good and respectful. I have been really pleased with them. I don't have anything to compare the price to. I don't know the quality yet but so far I will give them an "A" and I don't have any reason to give them less. They called me when they were late.

Singularly professional craftsman, very communicative, and performed at the highest standards possible in both carpentry and rebuild. I am not always an easy person to please but I couldn't be happier with the service

Incredible customer service. See above. I would recommend them and use them again in a heart beat!! They managed all aspects of the clean up and mitigation with the least amount of down time for us. They also handled the communication with the insurance company. The work performed was covered by our insurance.

I was beside myself when the water damage was discovered. A pipe had leaked under the house and soaked 300 sq' of insulation, warped the service porch floor, and damaged the kitchen laminate. Jesse and Dave walked me through the restoration process and worked with my insurance company to get the maximum coverage. They were so supportive in relieving my anxiety by keeping me updated, returning my calls promptly, and informing me of options as they arose. The workers were on time and efficient, thoughtful of the pets, kept the work areas tidy, and did quality work. However, I think what makes this company stand out from the others is their incredible customer support! Thanks to Dave for a broad shoulder to cry on and to Mike for the little extras. Everything is working great!

I had a leak in icemaker line. They were here within an hour of my call with meters to measure where water had flowed and checked crawlspace to check for damage to insulation. They cut flooring and set up drying equipment. Came back with more the next morning and checked on process every business day til complete. In the meantime, they brought flooring samples to my house to order. They completely tore out hardwood flooring in kitchen and additional plywood for vinyl flooring replacement. They also moved all my bedroom and kitchen appliances out and stored in my garage. (That was awesome! I didn't have to find some one to do that and pay them) My house is nearly all vinyl so they stripped all vinyl,sanded twice(by hand) and replaced vinyl. When complete they moved all my furniture and appliances back where ever I wanted them placed. They were punctual and all workers and office staff were very courteous and professional. The lead on the job kept in constant contact with me as to progress and if I had any concerns. I would definitely recommend this company!

Broken water line flooded belly pan under house. Needed new insulation and minor mold issue. Installed new belly pan. Outstanding customer service. On time, reasonable costs.

We are ten months out and they have not finished the job.

They came and talked with my husband, then found the problem and got right on it. Good workers, and kept in touch, too!

On Halloween, I had my old kitchen cabinets torn out in preparation for installing new ones. Voila, there was a lot of black mold under and behind those 20-year-old cabinets! One of the cabinet guys suggested that I call Central Oregon Disaster Restoration. They arrived within about 30 minutes or so and proceeded to begin ameliorating the damage. The did a professional job of mold remediation, tenting the area and setting up fans with negative pressure. The entire process went smoothly and was complete within just a few days. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost.

We used Central Oregon Disaster Restoration for the repairs to our home because of a fire that raced into the attic space. Their knowledge and expertise in working with our insurance company and their construction ability in "de-constructing" our house and putting it back together was something to watch. Removing roofing and trusses was quite an operation. Their care of our personal belongings was amazing and we felt completely comfortable in how they handled everything. The treatment of our smoked possessions was perfect and you can not tell that any of them sat through a smokey hot fire. Of course we lost some things but for the really important items we have Central Oregon Disaster Restoration to thank for getting our life back to normal. From the office staff to the craftsmen working on the various parts of the house, we were treated with the best customer service anywhere. We would recommend them for any disaster or construction project for that matter. They're GREAT!

I hope no one ever has to experience this. When you walk into your house and realize you're walking in water instead of on carpet, it sets a whole series of strange thoughts racing around in your head. When we got a handle on what we were experiencing, I remembered seeing trucks and trailers of Central Oregon Disaster Restoration at various places around town (they are everywhere). A quick search on my smartphone did the trick. They were at my house within an hour (9:00 pm) and immediately began assessing the situation. They found the problem stopping further damage and then began with limiting the damage to our things. They walked us through contacting our insurance company and setting up a claim and explained in detail what they were going to do. Our insurance claims department wanted us to use a different provider for the work, but there was no way I was going to have anybody but these guys. They were so prompt, capable and knowledgeable, I just knew they the ones for the job. This really paid off as we dealt with our insurance company. Central Oregon Disaster Restoration actually acted as an advocate for us. Once our house had everything removed that needed to be, it took a few days to dry out. Then the rebuilding process took place. Efficient, craftsman, and courteousness is how I would describe the crew at CODR. They were awesome! In any case, our house looked better when they were through than before the flooding started. I will only use this company if I have a problem again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who experiences a similar problem.
