Description of Work: "Mike" was the responding plumber to R and R two toilets, using TOTO products. Did a great job in a timely manner, cleaned up afterhimself was friendly and I enjoyed his presence in our home. When next I need a plumber I hope I draw him again, I will certainly ask for him. J.D. Description of Work: Minor repairs on leaky toilet, loose faucets, clogged aerator.

Description of Work: Found and repaired leak in water pipe in the wall in a small space. Also found and corrected the problem that caused the leak. Came on time and worked until problem was corrected. Knew what to do and how to do it!

Description of Work: This is a rental in another state so I did not see the finished job but the renter was happy. The repair was done on time and as promised.

Description of Work: They went on the roof and dug out some falling debris. They had to clean an underground pipe.

Description of Work: I callled for service the Friday before the holiday weekend. Since it wasn't a major problem I opted for Monday appointment that wouldn't be considered holiday or weekend rates. My problem was a leak in the kitchen faucet that went under the sink, but since I had alternative sources for both cold and hot water, I could wait for service. The service man came out at the appointed time, put on booties to keep my floors clean, and looked at the problem. After listening to my description and looking under the sink he pulled out the sprayer portion of my faucet. (mine is a single faucet for hot, cold and pull out sprayer.). He showed me where the hose connects to the sprayer and tightened it! He told me I should check it every once in a while to make sure it was tight, and that was the source of the leak. I asked him what I owed, and he said "no charge"! He didn't even charge me travel time! Needless to say I will use the company again if I have any other plumbing problems.
