SOS Plumbing & Drain Service

I called this morning and they are kind enough to come to me today. They did a wonderful job. They gave me a senior discount. This is the second time I used them, they are very efficient and address my problem in a very satisfactory manner and maybe more than that and Jerry did an excellent job. The price was specially reasonable.

We like him. My husband handles all of this stuff. They came and replaced a faucet in the back. It had froze over the winter, and it was not a good thing. They came on Memorial day or on Sunday. I think we paid a little extra because it was a holiday, but I don't remember, probably a hundred bucks or something, it was a real nasty job. It was good, it was professional. It was one person that came out for the project.

I'm very pleased with the work that was done. The plumber arrived on time and got the work done quickly. I will hire them in the future for any plumbing needs.

The dispatcher had someone already on a job in Ashland, so she slid me into the "next" position in his schedule. He arrived on schedule, was friendly, did the job quickly and cleanly, imparted a bit of prevention advice and "rode off into the sunset". Great job!

It went very well. Greg was very professional and did not make a mess, even though he had to get the new, and bigger, water heater into a tight space in a manufactured home. He also finished the job in just under two hours. My husband and I were very impressed. Also, the receptionist scheduled him to be here first thing in the morning because we didn't have hot water. They were very accommodating. Very nice to work with. I would definitely call them again.

Serviceman had to crawl under mobile home to get to a broken tee coming thru the floor at the hot water heater., This was no easy task. This is an older mobile home that sits on a gravel pad complete with ALL the creepy crawlers that love to live in dark places...He wasted no time going to work. He had to cut out the old broken tee and pipe and replaced with new.Did a wonderful job,never complained and had the job complete, all of it including replacing the wall panel to the hot water heater in about 1 hour.They have a 24 hour answering service that put me in touch with the serviceman. Who helped me get the heater shut off.by phone. They were booked solid thru the weekend. He offered to get me to the top of the list for Monday 8am. And was here on time. They have my business for life.Thank you

Excellent service, placed service call at 2 pm on a Wednesday. Customer service was prompt, polite and professional. Told us they would have a service man contact us the next day and take care of our repair. Their serviceman, Mike, contacted me within 29 minutes and asked if he could service our plumbing needs that same afternoon. Mike arrived as stated and rectified the plumbing problem that afternoon. Crawled under the house and not only rectified the reason we called, but fixed another issue. SOS has been exemplary in our plumbing service needs, in a prompt and courteous manner. SOS is a wonderful plumbing company. The people in the office are kind and information, the plumbers really move their their job and get it down. Happy to know they are just a phone call away.

I called SOS for a plumbing inspection based on positive things I have heard from this company along with Past services they have helped me with. I was not at the home for the inspection but our Realtor said they showed up right on time and went to work. I received the report via email stating all the items noted in the inspection. I felt they did a very good inspection and noted everything that currently is an issue and things to consider in the future. There price was very fair and would recommend them for any inspection/work in the future.

He called to let us know he was on his way. Greg was on time and went right to work. I asked questions and he was happy to answer them. When the water was turned back on, we found there was a leak in the yard. He commented he still had time from the initial hour and that he'd be happy to dig it up and take a look. The hourly rate caught me off guard but quality work isn't cheap. I will recommend Greg and SOS Plumbing to any and everyone and will, without hesitation call them again when needed. Thank you

The drain in our shower was slowly dying... taking the water longer and longer to empty. Home rescue attempts no longer did the trick. It was getting icky standing in yucky shower water (my wife's description), waiting for it to drain. Time to call in the calvary! My wife was stuck with the "secretarial" stuff. Making phone calls and appointments. Hoo boy, what a mistake. She didn't take kindly to being treated like an impatient female during her first attempt at finding a plumber (see her review of D & D Plumbing). She said the difference in how she was treated was like night and day! She was delighted at the reception she received when she called SOS Plumbing, asking for help. We REALLY needed that shower. I mean, who can go to work and be around other folks when they haven't had a shower, ya know what I mean?? The lady who answered the phone was friendly and understanding, and didn't act like someone was interrupting her day! She totally understood about our need for an actual TIMED appointment, not just "about" a certain time. My wife is disabled and needed me to be there for this appointment, and appreciated their understanding and willingness to work around our tight schedule with little prior notice (we needed it the next morning). The guy who came out was super nice, and did an excellent job. Very friendly people to do business with. Plumbing in not exactly a glamous topic, so it's really great to deal with nice people while dealing with yucky drains. :-)

Drain lines were flowing slowly, then backed up. Called SOS and they responded promptly and professionally. Have used them in the past for other services and they have always done a good job.

I contacted SOS plumbing after seeing positive reviews on Angie's List. I need them to fix my hot water heater, install a dishwasher and fix the supply lines on the utility sink in the garage. The plumber showed up exactly on time and got right to work. I think he had all three tasks completed in less than two hours. He would have been finished quicker but he had to wait for the hot water heater to fill up to test it. My only complaint is that that he didn't clean up the saw dust under the kitchen sink after drilling holes for the dishwasher. I would definitely use SOS plumbing again.

Mike fixed the shut-off valve on the ice maker that I couldn't budge. He was easy to talk to about the issues with my old faucet and made the right suggestion for a better functioning new faucet. I purchased the faucet on my own. The cost of the new garbage disposer was included in the total cost. I will definitely call SOS for my next project.

One of our sewer lines from the house is below sewer level. We've had to have a lift station installed to pump sewage up to street level. It recently began sticking in the "ON" mode and we didn't know if it needed to be replaced or repaired. The office person I spoke with was a great help saying that they had several departments including someone who specialized in pumps and that we definitely wanted to get him for the visit. We scheduled the visit, Ross arrived right on time (actually called to see if he could come a little early), checked out our pump and quickly determined the source of our problem. He was professional and efficient and told us how to minimize or eliminate this problem in the future. He cleaned the pump told us ours was actually in great shape and there was no need to replace it whatsoever. I would absolutely use SOS again for whatever plumbing need arises.

I was very pleased with the work and final product. Always arrived when promised and work was done in the time they quoted. First thing they did for us was the water heater and then we had them install the water softener. They also honored the 10.00 Angie's List discount without me asking. I did tell them we found them on Angie's List . We would not hesitate to call on SOS Plumbing again. Encourage you as well.

The SOS Plumbing plumber quickly found the broken pipe leak and repaired it - it was a hot water line. We had all house water turned off when we could hear a lot of water leaking from then who knows where, before the plumber came. He then replaced our aging (15 year old or older) water heater. He was kind, courteous, professional, quick, accurate, and provided quality work. before he made the repairs we were looking at a $1,100 - 1,200 dollar set of repairs but he gave us a discount and we used the $10.00 Angie's list coupon and dad's senior discount and so our eventual cost was only approximately $700.00! We we're elated and incredibly happy with ALL of the results! we even gave the plumber a gift for himself! We are all incredibly happy with these results! We love Angie's list and SOS plumbing! So good to have hot water at last!
