They're fine. He does great work. Two of them were here for at least an hour and a half. They had to buy the lumber. That was really inexpensive. He does exactly what he says he's going to do. I'm very pleased with him. I would have him back over and over. The total thing was expensive for me but I think he's reasonable. He has great precision. He's right at the door when he says he's going to be. I'm very pleased with him.

The cost can vary from $75 to $250. It was fine. I was very satisfied with it. The prices were good. That's why we use them because they're really good.

He assessed the work, quoted me a price and ordered the replacement door for me. When it arrived he brought it over to my home.He uninstalled the broken door and installed the new door within 2 hours.

Discovered leak on Thursday, Dale Hall was here Friday morning at 8:00 a.m, Leak was repaired by 9:00 and they did a wonderful job.

I had hired someone to replace my plumbing. My plumber said I should find someone to repair the vapor barrier after he is finished. Although my plumber intended to be careful and disturb it as little as possible, some tears were inevitable. Dale said that he doesn't do this kind of work (unless he did the plumbing that made the tears). He proceeded to give me references for how to find someone. Then I asked about other things I needed done. Again my needs were mostly exterior so he again supplied references and gave information even though he had nothing to gain from it. He is a manufactured home genius, with so much information. I wish I had something that needed to be done that was in his very long list of skills. Even though he didn't do anything for me, I wished I could have hired him. I will certainly keep his number for anything that might arise in the future.

Bob Hall was on time and did wonderful work. He also put in new screen door in garage back door and installed 3 grab bars in garage to house. Also laid new linoleum in front entry way.

Dale came out to the job site- made a construction list of supplies needed. Got supplies and did an excellent job on required repairs. Listened to our concerns and took care of them.
