Description of Work: Scott was punctual and did a great job. He warned us that our 25-year old manufactured-home carpet would not be perfect after cleaning. He did extra work on the traffic areas and cleaned all of it quite well. We also got a pleasant surprise, a 15% "holiday discount".

His professional assessment was that these carpet spots may have been previously treated with an agent that bleached out some of the color. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost color in carpet. I spent $300 on that service. That job went excellent overall. The guy that cleans my carpets is name is Gary. He is always polite and courteous and he is always on time and just does an excellent job. He is very careful not to let my indoor animals out. He is also very thorough, works quickly, and just gets the job done. I will use him again.

Our light beige carpet is 20 years old and has to be crossed to get to the kitchen and dining room. I was feeling like it needed to be replaced, but because we were hosting a graduation party for our granddaughter, we decided to have Brothers clean it. We were so happy with the experience. Gary, who did the cleaning, was professional, quick, and protected our furniture and hardwood floors from his equipment. Not only was the price very reasonable but we got a new customer discount.
