Told me carpet was worn and would not come any cleaner.

They are very professional. Their work is excellent. They are very responsive and flexible. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

They cleaned the carpets in my living room, dining room, family room and hallway. I have used the same man, Gary, for several years and am pleased with his work.

The person who did the cleaning was professional and pleasant. The carpet was thoroughly cleaned. We just bought a new carpet, and I've scheduled an appointment to have the Brothers return to clean in six months (which is suggested by the manufacturer). He showed up (just one person) on time and was very nice. However, the carpets do not look any cleaner than they did before he began and there are even a couple big spots there now that weren't there before it was cleaned. We felt that the service was very expensive especially considering the results.

Our newly adopted dog had an 'accident' on an 8x8 area rug during the Christmas holidays. I called several area carpet cleaners wanting to get the rug cleaned as soon as possible. This company not only had the fastest turnaround time but quoted me a very reasonable price. It required that I deliver and pickup the carpet myself from their warehouse (which was not a problem for us). When I went to retrieve it, the price was actually a few dollars cheaper than quoted so that was a nice surprise. When it comes time for a whole- house carpet cleaning, I will definitely be calling Brothers!

Brothers pretreated the carpet, steam-cleaned it, and at our reuest, applied a protective coating. They were very careful of furniture and very thorough about spot removal and traffic areas. The carpet looks amazing!

They come twice a year. I like everything about them. They are always on time. I know the price before he starts and they do run specials. He cleans up very well and puts on a blower when he finishes a room. He is nice and very good. I pay extra if he has to move furniture. The prices are a little high.
