Description of Work: Cleaned carpets at church 2 years in a row. First year OK but left some spots ( hadn't been cleaned in a while so maybe they were permanent). Second year left spots and carpets had stripes. Had them redo but still not great.

Description of Work: They did a good job on cleaning the carpet, however, the product that was used caused our dog to become very ill. We waited till the carpet was completely dried but still, we had to go to a veterinarian in Portland for our dog. She may have been allergic to the product, don't know for sure.

We are very sorry your dog became ill. Honestly, in our over 40 years of cleaning carpet, this is the first instance we have heard of regarding an animal becoming ill. We only use a mild environmentally safe product to clean and the product is removed during the hot-water extraction process. Approx 70% of our clients either have animals in their home, young children or both with no complaints known to us of any ill affects due to our cleaning. Again, we are sorry your dog became ill. Below is the manufacturer's information regarding the product we used in your home: PCX™Premium Formula Carpet Cleaning Concentrate PCX™ is a premium, powdered super concentrate that rapidly emulsifies oily soil commonly found in carpet. This product dissolves completely in water and will remain clear. PCX was formulated to withstand the highest water temperatures used for hot-water extraction, thus accelerating cleaning and drying time. It will leave carpet feeling soft, and leave no soil-attracting residue. Advantages and Usage Formulated to work with extreme heat. Safe for use on New Generation carpet.
