Description of Work: They performed dry rot repair, replacing 8 sheets of old dry-rotted T-111 siding with new. New material matched the appearance of the remaining siding very well, and was fitted around windows nicely. Repaired a couple of places where small gaps had been left in exterior surface of home, which had allowed entry by nest-building starlings at one point. Caulked as appropriate. Pressure washed exterior of home, masked and protected windows and fixtures, placed drop cloths to protect concrete of driveway, sidewalk and porch, spray-painted siding, painted trim (2 coats) with roller and brush. Cleaned up after job. | |It went well. They did the job in a very timely manner, seemed to work efficiently and knowledgeably, and the job was completed when they'd said it would be. They communicated well and were responsive to communication from me and were pleasant to deal with. The house looks great with its new coat of paint. I would hire them again with no second thoughts.

Description of Work: Painted all the outside trim around my new windows. Sam's employee did a fantastic job. Sam was great to come over and check on things and make sure everything was done to my liking. Very nice man and easy to work with. I would hire his company again.

 + 0 moreI called him for a bid. He's prompt. He was out a week later after giving the bid and performed all the work within a week. They are clean and they cleaned up after themselves. They were careful about my plants. Sam is a very overall nice guy.
Description of Work: He came over to do some exterior painting for house, the shop, and the shed. He sealed our patio, refinished a table, some dry rot repair, pressure washing and sealed up our driveway.

 + 0 moreSam and his brother do great work. I have had them do several jobs inside and outside. They are a little spendy but I trust Sam to do a good job. He is polite, respectful and professional. First they took the old roofing off of our porch then he went and purchased the replacement roof and the stain. Then he pressure washed the porch very thoroughly. He let the porch dry completely for a few days. He fixed the porch gate so it would open and close properly. Then he stained the porch. He covered the house and flowerbeds when he pressure washed and when he applied the stain. Cleaned up all of his mess when finished. 100% happy with the finished job.
Description of Work: Front Porch needed updating.New corrugated plastic roof, pressure wash, and stain

 + 1 moreSam and his two workers showed up about 7:40 for our 8:00am appointment, he called to make sure it was okay and to ask where to park. Upon arrival they tape paper strips to the floors though the house so they aren't walking around with shoes on or tracking paint or dirt around. My husband explained to Sam what we wanted and Sam put his two workers to work. My husband and I had to leave, but the workers worked until after we returned home. They finished about 4pm. Everything is well painted and looks fantastic! The first time we hired Sam, he did some framing around a duct in our living room. Sam has also done some work outside on our out building. Our new dog chewed the bottom of the building so Sam made a flashing to keep the dog from getting to the siding and painted it to match.
Description of Work: We needed both bathrooms repainted. Walls, trim and ceilings. Also the bathroom in master bath needed to be treated for mildew. I called Sam's Painting and Remodel because we had used his company in the past.. We have liked the work done by Sam and workers... this was the 3rd job we have called Sam to do for us.
