+ -1 moreTheir customer service is appalling. We can’t get anyone to fix faulty equipment or even return repeated phone calls. We’re currently trying to cancel service and having continual problems with this as well. We have no confidence that they would even respond in an emergency.

Description of Work: WVI installed a home security system including cellular dialer. They also monitor monthly for $28 per month. I really liked the company, the owner and installer, and the front office people. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreGreat experience from the time we called to schedule through the install and even follow-up on a few items.
Description of Work: These guys did several installations for our new remodel including adding several zones onto our existing alarm system (originally installed by them) as well as some home theater wiring. Matt did most of our install and was very nice, professional and prompt. We also have them do our monitoring and prefer them much more than our old provider ADT.

+ -1 moreI was so pleased with the system at my office I had them install a security system at my home. The monthly bill is so much less than the other companies and the service was very professional.
Description of Work: I had Willamette Valley install my security system and video surveillance system my office in Canby. The owner came and gave me a price. Next day the installer came and spent the whole day. I had questions the next week accessing the cameras online and the owner came out and gave me a tutorial.

Description of Work: Ryan came to my home and inspected the existing security system. It was very old system and did not have features of current systems. Ryan removed the system, replaced it with an updated model and added additional keypads and contact points. The system and installation was no charge. The monthly monitoring costs are at reasonable market rates.
