I have been using Bryce for ~7 or 8 years. His most important characteristic is his success at trapping moles and gophers. He knows his trade perfectly and somehow can always tell where current activity is occurring, and exactly how to trap the culprits. He is consistently pleasant and professional, and cleans up after himself. Although he gets very busy at times, he always responds to our calls, and hires workers as needed. He doesn't fail.

I have used Mole Pro NW for 3 years now. The property I lived on was inundated with critters when Mole Pro was first contacted. He set up traps and actually caught 5 or 6 critters before he finished setting up the traps. All told, I believe the final count was 21 gophers and 5 moles. I usually only have him reset a few traps a year. He has always been successfull, I live in the country and we only get a few critters a year now. All I need to do is call Mole Pro up and let them know that we have a little bit of activity, they show up, set a few traps and a few days later the critters have been taken care of. Mole Pro has always been very responsive and have taken care of any 'critters' quickly.

Bryce and Mole Pro NW is amazing! Everyone I have met is courteous, professional and friendly. Knowing that new moles can find their way to our home, Bryce has a service contract where he'll come back anytime you call. Each time, which has been 4+ over the last 6 months, that I've called he's been able to get out quickly, letting me know when he or an associate will there, and has always been successful in exterminating my little nemesis. When I do see new activity my blood pressure doesn't skyrocket because I know that I can call on Mole Pro NW to save the day! It's one thing to be really, really great at what you do, but it's another do it with a smile and friendliness that makes you want to refer that business to everyone you know. I would gladly refer Mole Pro NW to anyone I come in contact with! If you have mole problems, you should call Mole Pro NW immediately and rest assured that you're in good hands.
