Mole Pro NW

I contact this company about 1-1/2 ago. I spoke to him on the phone and he gave me a 15 monologue on moles and how he kills. I signed up for the $450 service plus $50 for each mole. He caught four moles and never heard from him again. A year later and the moles are back. I call him again, pay him $725 for 15 months of service. He comes back puts up 4 traps in one area, even though I have moles all over one acre lot. I’m okay with it because he has traps in my newly planted grass. The traps are there for over six weeks. He shows up out of no where and tells me he killed one mole. He texts “if they come back please call or text”. One day later, the mole is back. I call and text. No reply. A few more weeks go by, I call and text. And then this happens for the next two weeks. The text messages show he reads them but still continues to ignore. I will be taking him to small claims court and spreading the word about this terrible experience. He might have good reviews online but I think those days are gone.

Great. The owner knows his pests. He educated me and just plain took care of it.

Bryce was very responsive. Came on Saturday, two days after I called him. He explained to me what was going on, why the things that I bought during the last months didn't work, and how his company works. They have a very reasonable annual fee (~200) and then he charges per mole captured (~35). He set up few traps, talked very patiently to my kids and told them not to touch the buckets, and one week later he came back to check them. I already recommended him to my neighbors (although it seems we were sharing the same mole :)). I wish I had called him last year, my backyard would've looked way better!

Bryce and his crew are highly expert mole and gopher trappers and have removed hundreds of destructive rodents from our property over the years. They use traps, not poisons, and rarely set a trap without results. We call for trap setting whenever we see early signs of activity and we get prompt results almost every time! We highly recommend Mole Pro to protect the considerable investment in your lawns and gardens. They are well worth their reasonable fees. They charge a modest seasonal setting fee and then only charge per rodent removed. We have not used them yet this season (March) but typically we will be needing them soon.

Bryce is very knowledgable about moles and gophers. Before he left today he had already caught one mole in the process of setting the traps. His service covers the calendar year which is a good deal. I learned a lot about moles today.

We have a small patch of lawn that had a mole digging up 4-5 piles of dirt a day. He came out immediately and haven't seen another mole and no more dirt piles. He obviously is very experienced and knows what he's doing. We'd definitely recommend Mole Pro NW and will use them in the future if we have another problem.

Bryce is very nice as are the people who work with him. He educated me about the behavior of moles, and was very responsive to texts from me. He comes when he says he is going to come. Today they caught the first mole. It's take a bit of time, but I'm told I have a very unusually behaving mole :c) I think they have integrity which is really important to me. I trust them.

We have used other mole removal professionals but are happiest with MolePro NW. The price structure is much better than the typical 1-3 month plan if you have an ongoing mole problem, because you pay an initial setting fee which covers you for the whole year and then you just pay an amount per mole that they catch. Bryce went in and trapped moles. He followed up and returned to property. This is the second time we've used MoleProNW and would recommend Mole Pro to all of our friends with mole issues!

I called and left Bryce a message in the evening of June 30, 2015 and in morning of July 3rd my mole guy arrived, emptied the existing traps and set 2 traps for the new mole hills. They are very skilled at selecting the right location and setting the traps. The first set of traps were effective in stopping more mole hills immediately. However, three weeks later in a new area a bunch of mole hills showed up. Immediately after setting the second set of traps the mole hills stop growing. I have been using their services for 3 to 4 years now and have always received this level of service. I am no longer turning into Chevy Chase in Ground Hog Day. Thanks Bryce!

He was a great guy, he came out and treated the area. He trapped the mole and he told us a lot of information about the habits of moles. We never had another mole after he came. He is very prompt, comes and does he work quietly.

We've been very happy with the service and continue to use it every year since 2008. In our busiest year Bryce trapped 40 gophers; in our best managed year we had maybe 6-8 gophers. In our situation, in the country, it's important to realize that trapping gophers doesn't mean they disappear forever. They reappear year after year and require a lot of diligence. We're happy to have Bryce on the job and view his service as just another cost associated with owning a small farm and growing agricultural products.

Last year Bryce had a hard time getting here when he said he would as he was in so high demand. Hopefully, he hired more people and it appears is coming and doing the work when he said he would. He does get the moles.

We have a large property and have mole hills appear frequently. We have had a contract with Bryce for three years. Every time there is activity we call him and he sets traps the same day or the next. He has always been successful in catching the moles with little damage to our landscaping. We tried doing it ourself and were not that successful.
