Crew arrived on time and did there work professionally and courteous. They took measurements and rolled out the new gutters in one piece and installed them for the proper slope. Any mess that was made was cleaned up. They were supposed to send a receipt by mail which I haven't received yet. I would have them do more work in the future.

I left a message on their voicemail service and received a call back in about 5 minutes. Within 24 hours, the work was done! They removed the old gutter and took it with them.

Everything was done like they said it woulkd be.

The owner and his sons were prompt and friendly. They did all the work themselves, taking time to explain the materials that would be used and the procedure. They did a great job, even performing a couple of extras at no charge. and were done in only a few hours. They cleaned up afterward and offered to return if I had any questions or concerns. I will be using them again for yearly roof maintenance, moss removal, etc.

West Coast Continuous Gutters simplified the gutter system, worked with existing drainage wherever possible, and had the job completed in a matter of hours. Everything was explained in detail and they were clearly very knowledgeable. Very happy with my new gutters!

During the installation, Steve kept me updated on their progress and the unique issues with respect to my roof and gutters. He went out of his way to custom fit my new gutters informing me that my roof shingle replacement, by a reputable roofing company, several years back did not include sufficient flashing to fit behind the new gutters. He pointed out with his trained eye examples of that on other houses. Only then did I realize and see that the shingles on those houses didn't match up correctly with their new gutters. Steve further explained that the mismatch was a result of the roofing company trying to assure that water did not get behind their older gutters. I appreciated his willingness to bring up this problem and remedy it for me. So, he added additional flashing all around so that water could not get behind my new gutters and rot the wood facing. Steve also used long screws to attach the gutters as opposed to the original nails used for the old gutters. In addition, he had the exact gutter color that matched my house paint scheme.

They came out right away and provided us with a lot of information. They gave us a break down on many items and we can choose what we want done. The owner came out and was polite and knowledgeable. We liked who he was, what he said and how he said it.

They did the job quickly and it looked good. There was a since of confidence since they worked with the company that roofed my home. They told me to give them a call if there were any problems so I will use them again in the future.

Showed up on time... Fast, practical, friendly, a bit rushed but good to work with!

They were responsive and punctual, but they were a little overbearing. Their price was very high.

The customer sevice is awesome! I called for an estimate and they came out that same day. He was there exactly when he said he would be. He was quick and I felt that they cared about the work they did. When they came to do the job ( not even a week later with the special order color) they were professional and detail oriented. The color they picked was so close to the color of my trim I was stunned. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that needs new gutters!

I called them up and they came out the same day and gave me a good est on removal and new gutters. The price was right on. They cleaned up and made sure I was happy before they left my home.
