Very good. This same company installed our new house gutters in 1990 by the father and now the sons operate the business. I have referred several people to this company. During the process, a large outdoor porcelain tile was damaged and the father promptly examined the damage and settled on the spot. They are very committed to excellent customer service.

Steve worked with us in what was a long process of scheduling other contractors for roof and fascia work and hung in there with us. Once the schedule was set he got us right into his schedule. The gutters look great!

Highly recommended! I had a leaking issue and despite it not being related to the gutters, they located the roof leak and fixed it and didn't even charge for the work. They truly went the extra mile.

Brian and Gage Berkey did a great job removing the old gutters prior to house painting and then putting up new gutters after the painters left. They was easy to contact to set up a schedule and were flexible in meeting our needs. I would describe them as timely, courteous, efficient, careful and professional in their work. Now our place looks like new! Would definitely recommend West Coast Continuous Gutters.

Steve came out and quoted a very fair price for all work, scheduled a few weeks out (summer) to do the work, then showed up on time, completed the work, cleaned up so you'd never know they were there.

A family owned and operated business. Father and son showed up on time, finished work in 3 and half hours. Work was fabulous, gutters look great, clean up was perfect.

They consultation was quick and easy and they set me at ease with having their wife along. The day they arrived for the work they were timely and quickly got to work and finished the project in a timely manner. They were quiet and efficient and I really appreciated both of those things.

A message to Steve the owner had him out the next morning. I don't have a large house and it's one story, so not the biggest job, but I did have some nagging issues that Steve had seen before and could solve (at least as best he could). Steve was obviously knowledgable on gutters. I also had a DIY plastic gutter on my patio cover he could replace. Got an estimate on-the-spot. Sons were out the next week to do the job (note summertime is the best time), and although I was not present it must have taken 3-4 hours to do the entire job and cleanup. The materials and workmanship was excellent. Gutters were screwed instead of nailed.. Even my DIY downspout connections were replaced. Although it hasn't rained yet i am confident that these babies will not leak. And if there's a problem, I'm also confident they will come out and fix the problem. I'm very pleased! Nice work, guys.

Steve arrived as scheduled to quote the project. The installation crew called to keep us informed of their arrival time. They were extremely careful with the landscaping and new paint. They cleaned up every scrap from the installation. We're very pleased with our new gutters. Angie's List coupon even saved us a few dollars!

They were on schedule. They were honest. They helped us to locate other people to help us project. They were clean and neat. They were professional. It was a perfect experience in our mind. There's nothing about them, we would have any issues with at all. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys were great! They sealed my leaky gutters after two other companies failed. They even repaired a bent downspout that I did not know about from the original installation. They checked every corner seam and made sure everything was well sealed. It has been a year since the work was done and I am still satisfied with their work.

The project went as planned. Old gutters were removed, flashing and new gutters installed.I was very pleased with the two young men that did the work! All of the old gutters were hauled off. My property was well respected and very clean when they finished the job. All work done to my satisfaction.

West Coast Continuous Gutters were one of three that I got estimates from. Their price was in the middle, but the lowest bidder would have installed funky gutter covers. I had other work being done before the gutters, and the other crew removed a fascia board from the front roof area. Doing so, they disposed of the gutter there. Rain was beginning, the start of the big weekend storm. Steve and one of his employee/sons came out and worked in the rain to replace that gutter so water wouldn't pour down onto the house entry. I didn't ask them; they just did it. Above and beyond. The gutters and downspouts were installed today, and they look good.

Owner's son, and another employee installed new gutters on rental house. They were very knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. The gutters look good, and they said they stand behind there work if there are any problems. I would use them again.

We were very impressed with Steve Berkey of West Coast Continuous Gutters right from the start. We contacted Steve to request a free estimate for our gutter project. His was one of three estimates we received. Steve earned our business hands down during his visit to our home to conduct the estimate. He was prompt, personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and gave both my wife and I the assurance that he knew what he was doing and that he took the time and attention necessary to give a complete estimate, tailored to do our project right the first time. Out of the three bids we received, Steve Berkey was head and shoulders above the other two. He gave us some very candid, constructive advice that we should strongly consider replacing the trim behind the existing gutter because it was the incorrect material - LP siding. Given all these considerations, we hired Steve on the spot after he gave us his bid. He was not the lowest bid, but he was competitive and his knowledge and attention to detail made the decision and easy one. We took Steve's advice and replaced the trim and boy were we glad! Some of it have deteriorated badly. Should we have wanted to sell our house down the road, most likely we would have been required to replace this trim, and would have had to replace the gutters again! Thank you, Steve! Steve and his sons came out and performed the job on time and we are very pleased with the work. They did a magnificent job. My wife has already recommended Steve and West Coast Continuous Gutters to one of her co-workers. We would highly recommend Steve to any of our family or friends. They worked hard and did a great job. The owner was unresponsive and "unavailable" to contact during the install, and days leading up to it. And never came by, after the job was completed, to even ask what I thought. Not good communication. Seemed as though he has been doing this 100 years, and is now bored. West Coast Continuous Gutters came out promptly to provide a quote; they were to be putting on new gutters after a new roof had been put on by King and King (who also removed the old gutters for us). The two work together frequently, but I'd already has this company on my radar to get a quote from anyway. We were easily able to schedule for them to come out after the roof was complete. A crew of two came out to do the work, they were very professional, courteous, fast, did a great cleanup, and were good at asking/answering questions. There was one section on the back -- off our porch -- he hadn't seen when he reviewed the property for the quote as our gates are always locked. So that did increase the cost of the job by $100. Not a problem, that was reasonable. We are very happy.

After researching gutter installers on Angies List, I chose this contractor to call for information and to schedule an on site estimate. I left my information with a girl who answered the phone, as, the owner, Steve, was not available at the time. He returned my call a couple of hours later. At the beginning of the call, he asked me if I was "looking for the lowest bid?" Since I was not researching to get an estimate for 'the highest bid', and caught off guard, I responded 'sort of'. He replied, 'then' that he is Not the company for me, as he is 'slightly higher' in cost, and that it would be a 'waste of time' to give me an estimate! I was stunned into silence, when, after what seemed like a long pause, he asked "How many bids have you gotten so far?" My answer was honest, 'none.' It is obvious that this man baited me in what should have been a professional call. I ended this insulting call. I believe that I am accurate in describing this man as having a personality disorder. His manner is controlling and demeaning, and inexcusable. I would Never recommend this company based on this encounter. He may prefer to do business only with men. That is my impression.

It went great. They did exactly what they said they would do and their price was very fair. I was in a real jam and these guys came through!
