Description of Work: We had an unfortunate experience of an anniversary diamond ring taken from our home the day the workers began installing the a/c. The ring was present in the morning and gone in the afternoon. The bedroom was adjacent to where the duct work was being completed and my husband stepped outside to speak to a neighbor. We reported this to the company and although they were concerned, no compensation was offered.

Description of Work: Saw them at Costco, had them come out for a bid for an electronic air cleaner and maintenance. They never sent the estimate. Called to see what happened twice, they never returned my calls. Not very responsive.
