Description of Work: Because the plywood under the old shingles had dry rot due to poor ventilation, the plywood and all shingles had to be replaced. New intake vents were installed. The company responded quickly once the issue was discovered, and they worked around my schedule to complete the work. The workers were pleasant, punctual, and cleaned up every night before they left.

Description of Work: Complete strip and re-roof. Other than starting a day later than scheduled, they completed the re-roof in just 2 days. The roof looks good, and comes with a major manufacturer warranty.

Description of Work: They were courteous on the phone, arrived on time. When I made the appt. I said I wanted two quotes - one to just fix a 15 foot section that was leaking (right in front of the living room window), and another to replace the gutters for the whole house (they are old, but only leaking in the one spot). The rest of the gutters clog annually, and look old, but channel water just fine. The problem was that I received only one quote a few days later - for the whole house - no quote to fix the smaller section. I wanted both so I could decide what was the best way to go. Because I only received one quote, I could not compare the two options, so I simply never called them back because I was not provided with the information I felt I needed to make a rational decision. I don't know if they weren't interested in fixing just a section, or just forgot to do the smaller quote. So no actual gutter work was done, so I can't rate their gutter work quality, only their quote work. I eventually fixed the small section myself a few months later. If I ever decide to do the whole house, I wouldn't call them back though, because they didn't seem to listen to my request. However they may be a good company to replace a whole gutter system, or maybe not - I don't know - this is why I didn't rate them for "quality".

Description of Work: Put on a complete roof. Always on time and when there was a problem they fixed it promptly with no hassle. They were exceptional. Not cheap but a high quality job by uber professionals.

Description of Work: Hand removal of moss (costs more to do but protects) of steep and heavily mossed roofs and add treatment. Checking shingles. Clearing all gutters and downspouts. Cleaned up all and no harm to bushes and plants all around. So very satisfied.

Description of Work: It was several years ago. Perhaps 4 or 5 years. They were great. Did the job well and quickly. Cleaned up all debris and nails to our satisfaction. Have recommended them to others.

Description of Work: Went up on my roof to check for leaks. Noticed that it wasn't the liner style roof, but the outer flashing around the outside of the roof. He recommended a sheet metal shop. Very honest and helpful.

Description of Work: New roof on residence. The estimator came to our house and explained everything, had samples, and answered all our questions and any concerns we had. A short time later a date was set for the work. They were very organized and tidy. When the job was done you couldn't even tell they had been there (cleaned up) except for the beautiful new roof.

Description of Work: The roofing company came out 2 years ago and put on a roof. They ripped off the old shingles and put on brand new ones. They did all the flashing and put in extra vents in my attic because they said that they weren't adequate.

Description of Work: Re-roof a small upper overhead deck that was leaking. Remove old roofing and replace with high quality roofing envelope and heat seal. Incorporate roofing into building wall and replace siding if necessary. Replace underlayment and seal all cracks to make level before applying new roofing. Remove and restore railing around deck, remove and restore gutter.
