Pfeifer roofing employees were always professional and courteous. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves daily before leaving at the end of the day. Pfeifer employees were concerned with protecting plants and property near the house when tearing off roofing materials . We were very satisfied with their work. Price quote was middle of the pack.

My experience with Pfeifer Roofing was EXCELLENT! When I called the main office Tom answered at 7:30am and had a representative out at our house by 8:30am that day. The entire event went extremely well and I only missed about an hour of work total. The repair job was fantastic, professional and RIGHT! I highly recommend that anybody in need of a new roof call Pfeifer Roofing they are worth every bit.

We knew we needed a new roof. They came with samples and enabled a bid process that was simple. Due to our desire for a specific look, every time we had something, they would provide us an address to look at, and it was not right. Whene we finally found the right look, we entered into the contract and completed the job. They came when they said they would, and did an excellent job with the clean up. Due to driveway limitations and others, they found ways to get items up to a second floor. I could not be happier.

Day 1-called for estimate. Day 2 - Came to the house, completed and gave estimate. Day 3-Started work. Day 4 - Completed work. The two workers worked at times in the pouring rain. They were very efficient and left the areas clean when done. Final cost was higher than estimate due to needing the boards replaced. Would have liked to have had both estimates prior to contracting so as to have been better prepared for the extra cost. Overal lwas happy with the response and service and would use this company again.

They gave me an estimate. They were very professional and did a good job. They were good to work with. All the people that I talked to were roughly the same price. There were some variables that were different in each case, but it was pretty much the same price. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Pfeifer roofing gave me a quote and performed the job just as we discussed. The individual was very professional, helpful with tips on roof maintenance and cleaned up the site more than I would have expected. I was very pleased and will go to them again when I have roofing needs.

I was impressed by the presentation given to me by this company. The young man who looked at my roof and gave me all the information was very nice and quite knowledgeable. However, the basic estimate was about $700 more than the second company who later gave me an estimate, and I was encouraged to consider additional options that would have raised the price another $1100. An extended workmanship warranty of $1305 would have included the other options as well as 25-year workmanship coverage and the manufacturerer's 50-year material defect coverage. The other options were for: continuous vented ridge; leak barrier at drip edge, valleys, and chimney; OC deck defense premioum synthetic underlayment. I questioned the estimator about these, and based on our conversation I was pretty convinced I needed them. When the second company presented its estimate, they did not have the other options nor the extended workmanship warranty included in the estimate. Naturally, I asked about this. One of the options was already included in their price (the leak barrier). The estimator explained to me that they could give me the other options, and then he explained why he didn't feel they were necessary . As far as the extended warranty, the second company's work came with a 5 year workmanship warranty, which they felt should be sufficient if anything was wrong. And the manufacturer 50-yearwarranty was already included. Both companies rated very highly on Angies List, the prices weren't extremely different, so I went with the second company which seemed more knowlegeable and which saved me about $2000 for the difference in base price plus the additional options and the extended warranty.

The estimate was done on 7/20 and the actual work began 9/6. They finished on 9/7. The crew was very competent, professional and comported themselves very well. I have seen Pfeifer crews working on many roofs in my neighborhood and they all have done quality work and have evidenced exemplary behavior. I highly recommend this company. I especially want to commend the estimator, Gary Peoples, whose advice was invaluable in my choosing the most appropriate and economical materials for my property.

Wind damage to roof. Called for estimate and was told $250 plus the price of the tarp. Okay, we were leaving on vacation the next day so I said 'okay'. Guy came and nailed a tarp where the leak was to prevent further damage and was gone within an hour. Excellent.HOWEVER, I got a bill for $450!!! My husband went down to say that was ridiculous - they didn't offer anything to him so we did NOT hire them to do the repair. So, we ended up paying $200 for a plastic tarp - outrageous.Then we went on vacation. Within 3 weeks of the the repair they turned us over to a collection agency without even a phone call. What kind of business does that? Don't even wait a month for us to get the monies up? Again, $200 for a plastic tarp.... surely anyone can see that as ridiculous. Theyt lost our business for repair and our recommendation.

This was a complete exterior remodel that included new windows, doors, siding, and roof. Pfeifer Roofing worked easily with a specific schedule and with the other remodeling contractors. They were on time and put in a full days work. The quality of work was excellent. All employees were very respectful and professional. They did may little extras that were routine for them, but things we didn't even think about. Thanks to Pfeifer we will never have to think about those things. One of the many things that impressed us was how clean they kept their work area. When they removed the old roof they took great care to protect the siding, windows, patio deck, and railing. There was never any debris around, as soon as it came off the roof it went into a trailer. At the end of the day all working material and tools were stacked neatly or put away and the smallest scrap of trash was picked up. When everything was completed there were no tale, tale signs that a work crew had been here, other than a beautiful new roof and gutters. We highly recommend Pfeifer Roofing.

Excellent work! Workman were super. Very competent and talented co-ordinator (Jose), and crew heads. Trevor gave a thorough and thoughtful estimate and helped with questions patiently. Amazing crew removed old roof and had most of new one up in one day. I will always wonder if I had to replace as much fascia as I did, and wished I had come up with a way to have less projecting downspouts, but I guess that was MY problem caused by two plugged drainfields.. They did a great job of cleaning up after, especially Rafael, who finished up my few remaining concerns, including a tough job cleaning debris from over the insulation material inside the roof/attic. I felt I was working with a well organized machine and a top-notch enterprise!

The estimate went ok. I was not upset about this part. He gave me a bid soon after and he was able to answer all my questions. Before I received the estimate, I realized I had not asked him for the detail for the bid. I called him up and asked him for the detail of the bid and they would not give it to me. They said it was proprietary information and also confidential and that said they did not have to give it to me.

It went well. Pfeifer gave me an estimate and a timeline and they stuck to both. I received estimates from Bonn Roofing and King & King and Pfeifer came in lower that King & King and about the same for Bonn but Bonn wouldn't do the gutters so I would have had to have a different company do that. So, overall, I was satisfied with the cost and the work done.

It was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, they had a large crew out here for three days straight. The guys worked, absolutely no leaks, they cleaned up perfectly afterward, fantastic.

The roofers came on time, worked hard, had all the materials needed, cleaned everything up thoroughly and did a beautiful job.

I had an estimate from King and King and from Pfeifer. I accepted King and King's offer and I didn't accept Pfeifer's offer. They were $2000 more than King and King. My interaction with the company was okay. Their responsiveness was very good. Their punctuality was good. They were very professional. I would not consider using them in the future as I am satisfied with King and King who did a fabulous job.

The repair man that was sent out seemed to do a good job but took 2 hours to replace 4 shingles and nail down some flashing. The shingles that they replaced were a completely different color. He told me that he could return to their shop and get a shingle that would match my roof but I would have to pay the hourly rate for his travel to Salem and back. I got the bill a week later and they charged me an hourly rate of $195 for the first hour and $55 for the second hour. I have no problems with that rate but when I looked over the bill I realised they charged me $95 for the 4 shingles and nails. I called them and complained and the rude and unapolagetic person on the phone assured me that shingles were indeed expensive materials. I made a big fuss about it and told him there was no way I would pay $95 for 4 shingles. He ended up reducing the cost of materials down to $20 dollars, which I have no problem with. We are planning on having our roof replaced next summer, they just missed out on a lot of money.

They were very good. I'd recommend them. They were very responsive, very clean. They were just very professional.

I think this firm made this a satisfying experience. I asked three firms to bid since I have never had to replace a roof. Pfeifer and a competitor responded quickly and Pfeifer was the best proposal. I was attracted by the quality of the estimate and the explanation of my choices in roofing materials. My chief concern was getting the best value, not the lowest price, but I think I got both. Pfeifer was in contact whenever I needed them, answered my many questions, and responded quickly to any concerns I expressed. Also, I was coordinating getting my hourse painted since there were unpainted cedar areas where the tile and old gutters came off. Pfeifer worked with me and my painting contractor to enable us to get the whole painting project done before the new gutters were installed. I watch closely when contractors are working on a project for me - as much from interest as anything, but I am able to question things as they are done. I watched the roofing crew do a very professional job. They were thorough, quiet, hardworking, and professional. They finished the roof in two days and held off on the gutters to give me time for the painting. Gary Peoples of Pfeifer was very helpful to me throughout the process, and Jose Luna, the crew foreman, exhibited very good customer service with any concerns I had. I would use them again, except if I have to use them again, it means this lifetime roof didn't last as long as claimed.

They have done several of the roofs in the area. They were very good and got the work done in two days. They cleaned up and were responsive. They really did well. We would use their services in the future too.

The representative was very pleasant and attentive to my questions. The crew worked long days to get the project. Their clean up could have been better. Left debris in gutters and plugged downspouts. Eaves used for storage were a mess, but they cleaned them up after I mentioned it to them.

Very prompt and professional experience. At each step of the process they were quick to respond to my questions. Final product was top quality. Installers worked non-stop until job was finished.
