Generally went well. Got an initial estimate then nothing happened. Had to call and ask what happened. Communication problem at their end. Overall did an excellent job including clean up.

They got dirt and shingles in the breather pipe of the furnace which caused real damage. They said it was a learning experience for them and they paid for the damage. I would have them again.

During a heavy rain in the middle of November we noticed that there was water leaking out of lights in our downstairs(it is a two-story house) and I suspected that at least one of the vents on our roof was leaking and the water was traveling down through the walls. I climbed up on the roof and found that four out of six vents had large holes in their rubber collars, allowing water to run down into the house. This must have happened during a windstorm we had a couple of weeks before. I duct-taped the vents as best as I could. I called Pfeifer Roofing because they had replaced a roof on my rental house last year and I felt that they did an excellent job. Dylan came out and looked at it, then gave me an estimate over the phone. It seemed high, but it was an emergency with more bad weather coming. When I received the proposal/contract, the price had gone up another $50. Dylan told me that it would probably take a week to get a crew out, maybe a little longer because they were so busy. Two weeks went by with no word from Pfeifer, so I called and was told that I hadn't even been put into the schedule yet and it might be another two weeks! I explained that I didn't think my duct-tape job was going to hold much longer. Another week went by and nothing was happening, so I emailed Dylan and (to his credit) he was able to get me on the schedule for the next Monday. They came out in the morning and finished quickly. I am giving Pfeifer an overall of fair because of the lack of communication and price (and I've also found some debris in my yard from their work since then), but they are friendly people to work with and I would probably work with them again. I just hope they are better at scheduling next time!

It took them no time to identify the problem, explain the options and complete the work in a timely and professional manner. It took them lass time than I anticipated and cost less than originally quoted. Great company to work with.

This company did a excellent job for us. The estimator, Gary, was on time for his appointment and gave us a competitive bid. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The roofers were on time and went right to work. They were also very polite and professional and and had a great work attitude. After the reroof and installing a new skylight, they did a good job of cleaning up the yard. No nails or staples or pieces of shingles left in the flower beds. The most important thing to us was no problems or changing the estimated price. We would feel comfortable to recommend this company to to our friends.

Pfeifer corrected immediately, no questions asked. Will use this company in the future and have recommended many times to others!

They were punctual and fast. They were good at follow up and made sure I was very happy. They cleaned up the site after the work very well. My overall experience with them was excellent.

I selected Pfeifer from 5 bids. It was a month and a half before they started the job, but they finished it in 2 1/2 days. Everything seems to have been done in aprofessional manner.

Pfeifer Roofing replaced the roof and put in two what they call sun tunnels. They're also called solar tubes. They're a tube that goes up to the roof kind of like a skylight only you can't see out. It let's light in. They fixed the edge that comes down from the peak. It's not part of the roof but needed to be fixed, so they fixed a couple of those. They put the roof on and of course the roof looks fantastic. They just left a little bit of a mess that's all. They left some sawdust in our attic and a few staples and stuff laying around, but basically they were good. It was right around $9,000 I think which sounds like a lot and is a lot, but they were several thousand dollars under the nearest competitor. We had three bids and they were the cheapest by far. They put on a high quality roof and they didn't cut any corners that I saw. I would recommend them. If I recommended them to a friend I'd say if you want sawdust not to be in your attic you could probably ask them to put a tarp down and they would. They just probably didn't think of it and I didn't think to ask them.

It didn't go well at all--they never showed up.

It was great. We did get several bids on the job and there were two of the three basically right around the same as Pfeifer Roofing and another roofer which were the lower bidders. They were substantially lower than the third bidder by fifty percent. They gave us options and we picked out a couple of options. When they got up and tore the roof off they found the damaged plywood which I expected them to find. I could see places on the roof where there were low spots and stuff like that. They told us the bid was $6200 and a couple of options that we added came up to $400 or so extra. They have been in business for a long time so that was an attractive feature.

Job went OK. Installers spoke very limited English which was bothersome. One installer "required" the use of my bathroom which was not appreciated.

I was quite satisfied with the professional behavior, knowledge and attentiveness to detail in the repairs. I would have given them top scores across the board except that the office apparently lost the order. When I called they scheduled the appointment but when the day and time came, no one showed up. About an hour after the scheduled time I called them and they apologized and sent someone out immediately so I have to say that even though I was disappointed that they lost the order, they were quite quick about correcting the error.

The estimate was done within a few days of my placing a call to this company. I received a written proposal a day or two after the representative visited my house. Because some of the gutters were on a second story, I asked if we could arrange to have the boards delivered before they started the job so that I would have time to paint them. Mr. Cox was very cooperative and the boards were delivered on Friday. On Monday morning, they began removing the old gutters and boards and by 4:30 they were done. The two installers were ver polite and cleaned up everything before they left, even blowing the flower petals from my neighbors tree off my patio. Overall, the experience was very postive. I would recommend this company for this type of service.

The price is reasonable, they did a lot of work, worth every penny, because I have peaks, got them to do upgrades, they are very good, and they are competitively priced. My husband is in the army reserves, he's been deployed multiple times in the last 7 years, women don't necessarily get treated as thinking persons, and I am 57 years old. I got them to come out last year, they treated me like a thinking human being, and I have recommended them to many people.

I called them and the came out the very next day and repaired my tile roof leak. They where very prompt and professional. Very impressed by the customer service on the phone and the gentelmen that came out to do the repair

I think they are a very good company. The overall experience was excellent. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

Their bid was thorough and professional, but about 20% over the contractor I selected. I think they would have done great work.

Called for a quote to install a Solatube that I had bought some where else.( I asked if they wanted payment up front but they declined.)Received the quote and scheduled the work. This took a week to setup.Installers were on time, and did the work in less that an hour. We never received a bill even after asking for one on two different occasions.We finally received a bill demanding payment or it would be sent to collection.My wife spoke to the manager about this re never receiving a bill, and paid the bill that day. Get a bill the day the is work completed.

They came out right away, the estimate was fair, they did a good job, and they cleaned up afterwards. They are dependable and did exactly what they said they would do.

It went great. They had performed work on a couple of family members homes so I was fine with their recommendation. I knew the roof had to be replaced- I did not receive any other bids on the job. They were able to complete the tear off and the replacement within one day. Had a slight problem with some of the shingles lifting. It was caused by how the manufacture had packaged the materials. They came out and fixed the issue within 24 hours.
