Murphy's Fireplace & Stove Inc. was started in 2000 when Paul Sanders saw there was a need for a certified and fully trained chimney service company in the Willamette Valley area. You never have to worry if the person that is entering your home and servicing your vent system or repairing your fireplace is trained and certified, because we guarantee it! Description of Work: We took advantage of an Angie's List deal to have our wood stove insert and chimney cleaned. We scheduled additional work based on conditions the technician found including cracks in the cement, missing chimney caps and a new door gasket. The work was done on schedule and at the quoted price. Clean up was great and the two men who came out to do the scheduled work were charming. I will certainly use them again.

It went fine.
Description of Work: Inspected fireplace and roof mounts. Said fireplace needed rebuilding and moss taken off around chimney and chimney and cracks sealed. Description of Work: An old, leaning, brick chimney, no longer in use, was removed from my roof and the hole left from the removal was repaired with new roofing material to match existing. You would never know that there had been a chimney there and the work was top notch quality. I have used this company in the past and they are always top notch. I would use them again in the future.
