I can't be more pleased, truly. The office staff were all so nice and knowledgable - they made me feel like I was their most important customer; I'm certain other customers feel the same way. When he first came out to prepare a bid, Jeremy was efficient and very patient. He had the bid prepared in short order and did not try to sell me more than what I needed. I wound up adding the solar tube and upgrading to a 40-year roof on my own volition after the initial bid. Wow, when the day arrived for the work to be done, Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job. I greeted them, left for work, and when I came home I had a beautiful and durable new 40-year roof. There were absolutely no sign that anyone had been there other than the new roof. They are a fine outfit, all of them were courteous, respectful, and professional. Value is measured by the benefits received from the price one pays; Jeremy Dumanovsky Construction delivers outstanding value. I only wish I had another house to reroof!

Jeremy is a great guy and his team did a good job of roofing. As a former construction worker, I have done many roofing jobs myself. I was pleased with their roofing job. My concern is with his attention to details. 1. I have a skylight in my roof and following the new roofing job I discovered that Jeremy's team did not re-secure the skylight to the roof they simply set it back in place. Additionally they did not put new caulking on the skylight so that house heat could easily escape and outside bugs could easily enter through the previous broken seals. In a heavy storm it is possible that I could have seen my skylight flying off my roof. I personally had to buy new caulking and re-secure the skylight myself. 2. Additionally 6 month later when I happen to crawl up into the attic I discovered that following Jeremy's team installation of the Solar tubes they did not put back the insulation around the solar tubes. This left TWO BIG gapping un-insulated holes over my ceiling. Lots of wasted energy. I again had to crawl over to the spot and redistribute the insulation to its former coverage. I took pictures of these errors and would have included them here, had their been a way to post them. 3. When cleaning up many nails and staple were left in the drive-way where our car tires would be driving (ie. flat tires). I understand it is hard to get every staple picked up especially in the grass and shrub areas but a little focus on sweeping the drive way clean would have been appreciated. Simply running the magnetic pickup over the drive way does not do the job. Sweeping is much better. Once again I had to do this myself. My advise is: If you need a new roof, Jeremy can do a good job. But don't trust his team if you have a skylight and or want solar tubes installed. After all, how many folks can crawl up on the roof or into the attic and do a final inspection. People need to trust the company to get it right. I wish Jeremy all the best and hope his team will pay more attention to details in the future.

The service was very good. The staff was pretty good they were hard workers. There was about five workers here. They left the area very good. They cleaned everything up and even went around the yard with a magnet.

I was happy with their work. It was really good. They were on time.

Jeremy came to my home, got on the roof measured took photos and came down to me, sat on my front porch and educated me on roofing. He talked to me about 4 or 5 types of roofing material, the underlayment, nails and flashing. I am a novice homeowner and a female. I am a home daycare provider and had many companies come out to bid our job. Jeremy is the ONLY one who took photos and took the time to show me what was needed and why. About 3 weeks out his crew of about 15 men showed up at 7 am and before I could drop my daughter off at camp at 9am they had 3/4 of my roof tore off! By noon the new one was going back up! This is an excellent company, I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so for years!

From owner's estimate to finally clean up this company did a wonderful job. Arrived on time, everyone new their job it looked like a dance routine. Said they would be one day but scheduled two, were finshed in one. Removed the old roof applied barriers and new roof cleaned up and left us with a beautiful new metal roof. I had contacted the company that replaced the roof on our house, they said they would be back after rain stopped, that was over two years ago. I called several times and was told I was on the list, finally gave up and found this company on Angie's list, If you are looking for a excellent job and great people to deal with I would recomend then in a heart beat.

Very disappointed. We have a concrete tile roof and have 2 areas where there is a slight leak. He looked in the attic climbed up on the roof and changed location of 4 or 5 tiles, which we supplied. He then gave me a card and advised I call another company to come out and check. It was my understanding that an estimated was to be free. He charged me $50.00 as a service charge and really was only here for less than a half hour. I would not recommend this company. We still have a leak.

We were very pleased with them. They were very honest in their assessment, and only did what needed to be done. There was some confusion with the facia boards, and what needed to replaced, but he made good on it and fixed it with no extra charge. Both the office and the workers were very professional. They were very efficient, and got the work completed in 1 day. Everyone was very friendly and worked well together. They had a great sense of teamwork.

These guys are GREAT! On time for the bid, with clear explanations of the concerns and possible solutions. Excellent continuing communication, with references to previous jobs we could look at. We were undecided on color, Jeanie gave us locations of houses with the two colors we were considering that were within blocks of each other. On time and on budget to do the work. The crew rolled in at 8 AM on the appointed day,and were done and cleaned up by 3 PM. And I do mean "cleaned up"---not a scrap or a bent nail in sight. Not a small job, tear off and re-roof nearly 4,000 sq ft.

Jeremy was prompt with his bid, explained exactly what he proposed to do and I received a date for roofing. When I called to verify the date they actually were able to move the date to a few days earlier.The roof was completed in 2 days. There was a large work crew. Jeremy was on site at different points. The crew were polite, professional, well organized, and worked hard. Each day everything was picked up and when the job was completed the property was spotless. My roofline is fairly complex and the completed roof is beautiful. I am very impressed. I would highly recommend them.

They were excellent in every category! They were responsive, returned calls, on time. The did the whole job sooner then I thought they would be finished. They didn't charge me for extra things that they did. I noticed a piece was dented on the fascia board and came right out and replaced it. I can't say enough good things about them. It was probably the best experience I have every had with a service provider. It's the kind of company I would like to see do really well. Its a family owned business, it's the way business should be done. They were just so pleasant to deal with. They even let me pay with a credit card.

Jeremy came to our home with lots of information and samples. He explained everything in detail and offered several options for our needs. He dropped off samples of shingles and metal roof colors so we could take our time to decide on color and style. We set a date for the roof replacement, and he had to delay that by a few days due to weather. Jeremy does things a little differently than most other contractors we've done business with. His entire team works on only one house at a time, and installation of the roof, vents and Solatube were finished by the end of one day. We were totally impressed with the quality of his work, and we very much appreciated his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the job he did. We will be contacting him again for an estimate for siding.

Overall it was better than expected, The project had been set for 5/1 and we got bumped up to 4/30, which was great. The crew showed up on time and were courteous and fast and they cleaned up after their work. They did the entire roof in one day except for a few ridge caps and said they would be back the next day to finish, they did. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his crew to anyone needing roofing repair or new. GREAT CREW!

Excellent! We got 3 bids, all good, but Dumanovsky's was the best! It allowed us to have the solar tubes installed that we've always wanted...they're awesome! Appreciate that he only does one job at a time with one big crew. Also, the fact he uses all high quality materials from the felt on up! We had significant dry rot repair which he made very reasonable. They were careful with landscaping, clean-up was well done, took care of one missed spot without complaint. When the material for one part of the roof wasn't in stock as usual at the distributor, they kept us informed and got it taken care of as quickly as possible. Always pleasant and available! Nice family business. We would definitely use them again or recommend them to friends!

for the roof repair, I called for several quotes, this company did not return my call, I called a second time and the reception person assured me that her boss took the number and I should expect a call (such never happened) and in case that I have not heard from her boss later that day, she provided me with a cellphone number to call. Clearly, this company is not in need of business, nor they have learned how to treat potential customers knocking on their door.

Outstanding!! The work was performed precisely as set forth in the bid. The crew was very punctual, courteous and professional. It was fun to watch them work. They are a great example of how good team work can complete a job to absolute perfection! Mr. Dumanovsky was very personable and courteous, and he kept us informed of the progress from start to finish. We could not be more pleased. They did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My story could have been a carbon copy of the review from July 3. We too are remodeling and I joined angieslist in order to help me vet any potential contractors, I asked 6 to give bids. I thought they all were competent and would have done a good job. Jeremy's bid was very competitive. I chose him because he seemed to have the best overall plan. He has a very low key demeanor. I never saw Jeremy on the job but the workers were working away. They started and completed the roof on the same day. Left the place clean. Which isn't easy, roofing is a messy business. When they were finished one of the workers approached me and asked if everything was OK. I said yes. He told me he was Jeremy's son. He seemed to be very low key as well. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. And I would heartily recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

We did not know anyone who had replaced a roof recently so did not know where to turn to get the best possible contractor for the job. This is when I joined Angies List and found a few reputable roofing companies I could contact for estimates. My husband and I were very impressed with Mr. Dumanovsky. He came out when he said he would to do the estimate and he sat down with us to explain the different types of roofing materials and how the job would go. He said his company only does one job at a time so they can concentrate on getting the job done right. This was back in March, 2012 but we did not have the roof replaced until this week as we weren't in any rush and this would give Jeremy time to work our job into his schedule; plus the rainy weather in Oregon is something that has to be worked around. I was very surprised when his office called on Mon., 7/2 asking if July 4th would be okay for us for them to do the roof. I thought it was strange to be working on the 4th but she said their crew wanted to work so we said sure. They started the job on Tue., 7/3 around 2-2:30 p.m. and had the old roof completely [several layers] removed and the plywood & tar paper put on by 5 or 6 p.m. They were back the next morning to put on the new metal roof and were completed by 3 or 4 p.m. This crew worked very well together and took minimal breaks. Jeremy works right alongside his workers which really impressed me as most bosses don't 'get their hands dirty'. All-in-all, we are very pleased with how the roof turned out and our neighbors have commented on how good it looks.

We recently had Jeremy Dumanovsky repair our roof. They did a wonderful job, and we were very pleased. I've already recommend them a couple of times.

Wonderful service, honest and friendly too. I was explained about each part of the job and felt comfortable asking questions. I felt like a member of the project, rather than, just a client. Very satisfied with the job and professionalism of staff and crew. Strongly recommend.

They completed the tear off and re-roof in one day. did an excellent job and did a thorough clean up after. I had my mother contact them last year and the again did an outstanding job re-roofing her house

This company was referred to us by someone in our neighborhood and we were very happy with the service and results! Jeremy and his family went out of their way to work with us. The bid was timely, detailed, and came in under the bigger corporations in the area. Jeremy was very patient and willing to offer explanation and answers to our frequent and numerous questions. The crew was friendly and professional. Jeremy himself came over and inspected the project more than once during and after completion. He runs a tight and very clean ship and we highly recommend his company and the work his crew and family did for us. This family company reflects the strong work ethic, humility, and honesty of the owner. We love our roof and wouldn't think of using anyone but Jeremy and his company in the future.

Their estimate was half the cost of the bigger roofing companies out of Salem. . The job was done on time and for amount exactly as bid. Great bunch of guys, came in and knocked out the job quickly and professionally.

His bid was excellent. He does all the work himself.
