Exceptional. They finished our 1700+ sqft roof in under 6 hrs. Left the yard clean. I had drinks for the crew and the took the empty bottles and cans with them. I will have them back in 25 yrs!

From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, they made it really easy. They were very responsive before the job to answer my questions and concerns, were willing to coordinate with another company replacing our gutters right after the roof, and were always very friendly and helpful. I was stunned by how efficient they were. They showed up at 7:30 am with a large crew and were completely done by 1:30 pm. That means all work completed and a very thorough clean up done (including the gutters). I had a question even after the job and they were very quick to come out and check on my concern and provide an answer. I absolutely made the right choice with them!

My elderly parents had a new roof installed the other day and were COMPLETELY satisfied with all facets of the process, starting with the unbelievably prompt response to their initial request for an estimate, the thorough presentation by the estimator, and the install team and their attention to detail and customer service. FANTASTIC JOB!

The crew was punctual; worked well as a team; were fast and circled the house several times picking up debris. There was a minor misunderstanding early on, but Jeremy jumped on it immediately - good customer service. Only down-side is that I didn't get any business cards to share with neighbors/friends/family.

Very pleased with our new roof. It looks great! A large crew arrived on time, went right to work, put up scaffolding with zero disturbance to my flowerbeds, stripped 3 layers of shingles, repaired spots that needed it and laid new shingles. A very professional operation from the bid (the lowest one I got) to the great work. When the work was done and they were gone you could not even tell they had been there other than the beautiful new roof. Thanks guys! Job well done!

Unfortunately we had to be out of town when our roof was to be replaced. We would have liked to see the work bring done, but we came home to a beautiful new roof. There were a few small concerns we had which were addressed right away. Thank you for making this part of our house project go smoothly and painlessly.

We scheduled for a roof maintenance. A two step process. Several weeks ago they applied a powdery substance, yesterday they came out and cleaned off the entire area and the gutters. They also cleaned the area around the house on the ground of all debris. Very pleasant and efficient group of guys.

Great job. Very efficient team of employees who seem to love working together. Our roof was a big job and they got it done as promised in two days. These guys are the big dog for roofing.

Their communication throughout the whole process to have our roof replaced with an insurance claim was superb! Job was amazing, we couldn't tell they had even been there except for the perfect new roof! Highly recommend having them replace your roof too!

We were very impressed by the professionalism of the staff from the owner, office staff and roofers. They were prompt, efficient and courteous from start to finish. It was a job well done and we were very pleased with the results.

We were kept informed for the two months prior to replacement. The day before the crew was to arrive, we received a phone call asking if they could come out and start early! A 12-person crew arrived in several large vans and trucks, covered everything surrounding the house, began work and cleaned up at the end of the day. The next morning, they all arrived again and went through the same process. The crew members were all courteous, hard working and helpful in answering questions we had. When they finished in the early afternoon, they made sure everything was swept up, cleaned up and tidied up...down to the small pieces of paper backing. We did an inspection and they explained in detail what had to be done differently or in addition to what was on the original estimate. The final price was only $35 different than the estimate. The materials they recommended for use were top quality and will last for many years. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thoroughly professional. Just make sure you have plenty of maple donuts and Starbucks coffee for them! They deserve it.

When the crew showed up in the morning, they were fast, hard workers and they worked together with precision . By 4 o'clock they were done and with their cleanup, you wouldn't know there was a big roof job done during the day. I am so very pleased with Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing. The roof looks wonderful. I met with Jeremy and wife Jeanie at their office and they are both so helpful and Zoie and Rebbeca in the office were awesome at keeping me up to date on what was happening. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Jeremy was awesome, and so were his administrative folks. All communication was timely and initiated by either Jeremy or his staff. Jeremy was on time and very professional. He inspected our roof and identified the problem within a few minutes. He went so far as to fix it while he was on site, as it was a quick repair.

Great! The guys came out and inspected and found a couple of tabs that needed replaced and a couple of other things, and they added cages to the gutters to catch the leaves. From our first meeting, to the work to the inspection after all the guys that I met with were professional and nice to talk to.

Great job and work ethic. They have front office staff to help with questions and other matters. Top notch operation and stand behind their workmanship.

I was very happy with my experience with Jeremy and the whole staff at Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing. Our roof had slowly been leaking for many months before I decided to bite the bullet and get it replaced. The office staff was able to fit my roof project in much earlier than planned so as to not have the Oregon weather cause any more damage than already done, and then Jeremy and his army of a crew (there were about 15 or so crew members) tackled the project flawlessly. While on site, Jeremy himself climbed up on the roof and worked right alongside his foreman and the crew. Not many companies can say their owner will get his hands dirty right along with his staff nowadays! Jeremy even took the time to go over some dry rot issues as well as gutter issues with us so we understood what work was being performed and why. The whole project was completed from tear off to gutter cleaning in less than a day, and it couldn’t have been completed at a better time seeing as Salem was hit with our first big snow storm just the very next day! Thanks to Jeremy and his team, we have been able to sit in our warm and dry house without a single worry during our record-breakingly wet winter

Jeremy's office could not give me an estimate until three weeks, even after i suggested that it put them at a disadvantage since i had other estimates in. that was okay with her. three weeks later she called me and said they were ready to come out and i told her that it is too late because i'd already had estimates and had decided on a roofer. i never did speak with Jeremy; only his office. i guess they didn' want my business!

Buyer beware. The team was great and the roof turned out pretty good. The problem was the construction/finish work. There was some rotten wood in the roofing underlayment, fascia and soffits. The crew proceeded to detach the gutters, repair the roofing area that needed attention but ignored the rest. I was left with gutters hanging off the roof, soffits gone, fascia damaged, and the roofing framing that they did do was shoddy at best. The bottom line is that if you only need replacement shingles, you are OK. Anything beyond that I would stay away.

New roof in mid December, I was nervous about the scheduled time frame but Jeremy assured me all would be OK . About 15 men showed up at 8 am and the job was completed including clean up by 4:00 pm. Amazingly fast! Two 30 min. periods of rain (down pours) during the tear off with no leaks. Over all, very impressed with the quality, craftsmanship and the professionalism of the entire crew and staff, awesome job!.

When they showed up to give me the estimate for the roof the skylights were not included in the bid which I asked for. They cut the electrical wires to my bedroom light when installing the roof and would not fix. Said it was my problem. Some flashing was not replaced. I had to do it myself. Then one of the skylights leaked and ruined a book. Came out and fixed the skylight. Did not replace the cost of the book even though Jeremy said he would. Did not replace the old chimney flashing which was corroded. Jeremy was nice and soft spoken. The office staff was rude and abrasive. I will not deal with them again.

It turned out better than expected. It was extraordinary. It was so good. The good things about them were he and his crew came first thing in the morning. They finished the job in just under 7 hours and that also included installation of 2 solar tubes. The price was less than everyone else we consulted.
