We found Greg's name listed in Angie's list and decided to choose him based on other recommendations in the list. He is very professional, respectful, non-intimidating and punctual. His performance and information given to us was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend him and wish more service providers in the industry completed work with the excellence he gave to us. Greg asked us to show up about 2:5 hours from his start time so we wouldn't be bored or distracting while he was working. Upon completion, he sat down with us going over all the issues he came across both big and small. Having him come out gave usa great peace of mind to know what we were looking at in purchasing the home. He emailed a copy of the report the same day as well as offering us a binder with all reports on paper. He also mailed us a disc with reports the following day. We were very happy with all the information he provided, how thorough he was, and how courteous and patient he was with us while explaining the report.

Greg was prompt, through, professional and very patient. He went over every detail top to bottom and took loads of pictures, then went through and explained it all.

Greg was referred by my realtor to perform a home inspection on a vacation home we we buying, he was very detail oriented. He took allot of pictures to show what he was talking about in his reports. His reports were very well laid out, and he explained everything he was doing. We feel our money was well spent...

We found Greg through Angie's list and decided to hire him right after talking to him on the phone. He told me he was a fireman and knew well about the structure of a house. The inspection was after a big snow night and roads were still covered with snow. We were concerned if Greg could come in time because of the 40 mile drive. But when we arrived at the house, he had already set things up and started exterior inspection. We just had only a few questions for him so that he could focus on the inspection. But he was quite flexible about whether you wanted to be around asking questions while he was doing inspection. After his inspection, he spent 45 minutes going over the results with us, such as things need to be noticed, repaired and maintained etc. All the process took him three and a half hours. From what I can tell, the inspection was quite thorough and Greg was very meticulous. We got the detailed and organized report on the same day and three days later for the electronic and paper version respectively. Some repairs were carried out based on Greg's inspection results and we hired him again for re-inspection. Another snow day! He still showed up earlier than I did. It took him one hour to do the re-inspection. After seeing some of the problems not fixed, he offered some great suggestions about what should be properly done in a technical point of view and how to prevent this from happening again through negotiation. You will have Greg on your side!

Greg was great to work with - he did a really quality job, spent a lot of time inspecting our property as well as with us after the inspection detailing what he found. He welcomed us to to inspect the house with him, but we chose to meet him after the inspection. He walked us through the house again to highlight many things in the report. His name was Sanberg. It was a large house; it's over thirty one hundred square feet with a huge garage and he went through everything. He went up into the attic and checked the insulation as well as under the crawl space. He was very thorough. He took all kinds of pictures and he put all those photos on a disk for us. He also gave us a binder with a very thorough review of what he saw. He checked everything he could without violating the law. We were very happy with the advice he gave us. He has experience as a firefighter. He was also able to get us information about locations of rural areas, the emergency services that would be available and how long it would take to respond. He explained how the security system worked. He informed us about a lot of things that we should know about gas heaters, water heaters and so forth.

My wife and I just recently bought our first home. After locating the house we loved we needed a home inspection as you all know. We chose Greg Sanberg with In Depth Home Inspection LLC. I don't believe I could have picked a better person/company to do the job. We were 100 percent satisfied. The manner of professionalism was top notch. Greg was well organized and well prepared to do the job. We were in a time crunch when scheduling the inspection and he was able to fit us in immediately. In the long run, Mr Sandberg saved me thousands of dollars and I have referred him to all my friends who have been in the real estate market. I will use him again if/when we sell the home that he inspected for us.

He crawled all over the house starting inside in every room to include closets and under cabinets where water is suspect (sinks and dishwashers). Each step taking readings from a moisture meter and taking a digital picture of each reading. When a reading was high (toilet) he did it three times to ensure accuracy. HE called us in to show the extent of the damage. HE then suited up and crawled in the attic and then finally under the house, corner to corner. ALl the time taking photo's for us to see later. On completion he showed us the pictures and what priority was important. THat evening we received a written PDF of his report mirroring his earlier report. It also included the same pictures and a statement we would receive a hard copy and cd of the pictures in the mail. I corrected all the errors including changing the toilet seal, sure enough it was pinched on one side. Very professional, up front with all the questions we asked and will definitely ask to return for a complete inspection in the coming year!
