My experience with Gentry Family Construction could not have been better! When I first called to request an estimate, Tim's response was prompt and he was out the next day to provide an estimate. He go the estimate to me quickly and the cost was reasonable compared to others received. Tim kept me updated on when the work would be done and once the work started, he kept me well informed with the schedule and progress. The team was very hard working, respectful, professional and on schedule. No complaints whatsoever and I would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to others. It's great to be able to support a small, local, family business doing such good work.

They had a great line of communication, were courteous and friendly, very transparent about projected costs and answered all my questions thoroughly.

We had three projects they handled for use at different times over the summer. The roof on the house was replaced, the old aluminum windows were replaced with vinyl and the carport/shop was demolished and rebuilt. Gentry was everything you could wish for in a contractor. Communication, attention to detail and quality, were here when then said they would be and came in exactly on budget.

Had a re-roof done of my rental. Tim did a great job keeping me informed all along the way. They showed up when they said, worked long hours, and made sure the building was covered when rain happened. Tim explained some extra steps taken to give the roof a better look and to make sure chimneys were appropriately sealed. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

These guys are so easy to work with, very down to earth, very easy to communicate with and they do AMAZING work. They take much pride in the quality of work they do and the service they provide to their customers. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!

They were very professional from the estimate to the final repair, and the quality of work and their attention to detail was much appreciated. They were on time and on budget...no surprises. Great experience with Gentry! We were on a tight deadline and they completed the job early. Added a small pump house. All workmanship and materials are excellent. Crew of 4 worked well together to complete job in 2 days. A pleasure to work with from initial evaluation and bid to cleanup and final invoice. Good people!

Our roof was in bad shape to say the least. It isn’t square which made cutting the metal a bit difficult but Gentry guys pulled it off and it looks amazing!! Easy to work with and straight forward. Highly recommend them!

We had Gentry Family replace our roof a couple years ago and knew we wanted to have them back for our windows and partial siding. We are pleased with their communication and work they did, and the price was very competitive. We would hire them again.

I was SO impressed with Gentry Family Construction. After hearing so many horror stories about contractors that don’t meet deadlines and take advantage of customers I can say with certainty that Gentry is NOT that way. They were on-time, professional, and did exceptional work on both our siding and deck. Both jobs were completed on-time and to the highest levels of quality. Furthermore, they were honest about what we needed, with no attempts to upsell us. I can’t recommend them strongly enough!

The contractor performed two jobs for us, a new roof and a new exterior door, on separate occasions. Both jobs were fairly priced and well done. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves as they worked and when the job was complete. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Gentry Family Construction again, probably will in fact.

Superior service! We had the guys scheduled for a siding job a couple of months back. They were able to squeeze us in this month days before a historical ice event! They had our house wrapped and 3/4 sided before ice pummeled us and power went out. They left us with their power cords so we could power our house with a generator! Once we had power back they came and knocked out the rest of the job in no time! They checked on us every day to make sure we had everything we needed during the outage. Willing and ready to bring us rations if we needed, not sure many would have done that. Oh, and the siding looks great too ;)

Their work was excellent and they were very professional. They also completed it very quickly and at a reasonable price. They also demonstrate high integrity. I would hire them again.

I contacted Tim Gentry for price and availability to install siding on my large (dream) shop. I had done most of the work, but the siding was too much for me. We agreed on a fair price and the work started before expected. They showed up on time and ready to work. Got the job done in half the time others quoted and installed correctly. The best jobs aren't necessarily the cheapest but are the best. These guys work great together... Dad taught them right. I Would recommend them to anybody. Mike in Eugene, Or

My family is absolutely stunned at the expedience of Gentry Family construction. We witnessed firsthand how they transformed our neighbor’s home into the most attractive home on the block and decided to consult for a siding job. Our home wasn’t built as it should have been and as we prepared to sell, we became aware that our home was never wrapped, we had dry rot in several places, and other issues. It became clear to us that there was a lot to be remediated. My husband and I were frankly quite terrified at how this remodel could quickly become cost prohibitive. After consulting with Gentry construction and working with Tim Gentry, we were stunned to learn that they were not only able and willing to take the job, but that the bid was more affordable than we first thought. Once the crew came out to start the job, they worked their tails off until it was finished. Our home looks impeccably sharp and it’s not even painted yet. We now have beautiful shutters too. Along the way if there were any questions we had of them or vice versa, our exchange was always professional, but friendly and personable. We’ve had half a dozen contractors through the house in the last several months and I can say with utmost certainty we prefer Gentry. Thank you all so much for your beautifully meticulous work.
