We had 2 contractors recommended by Angi come by for bids, first one never submitted a bid. 2nd contractor Tim, Gentry Family Construction, came by and after talking with him I felt he was the one I wanted to use. The work was done in the time frame he stated even with the addition of a patio roof. The Gentry Family crew did a great job replacing the siding on my house. They were easy to work with and were very responsive to my questions. I appreciated their attention to detail and being sure the end product looked good. They cleaned up the site and organized their equipment every day before they left.

Gentry was great! The estimate was easy and professional, and they explained exactly hat work they would do. When the job before mine went long (unexpected repairs under the shingles), they informed me right away and updated my start date. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day so there was never any debris left in my yard. They got the job done in the time they said they would and for the price they quoted. In fact, since they had quoted including some possible repairs that turned out to be unnecessary, I ended up paying a little less than the quoted price! (Understanding it could have been more if I'd needed more repairs than they'd quoted for.) In all, I found them reliable, trustworthy, and highly professional. I would absolutely hire them again. Top notch!

It was the easiest to work with The Gentry Family Construction. Tim and his whole crew were very polite and professional. They all are very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to do it. They were always on time and accomplished what they said they would be doing for the day. Tim stayed in contact with me throughout the whole project with text. I have a 62 foot by 12 foot deck that needed to have new decking and new railings. They did a wonderful job and I am more than pleased. I will be using them again in September to have a new roof put on and five new skylights

Tim and his crew did a great job on our home project. We did the roofing and siding all in one go, which was a big undertaking and not something we had any experience in. Tim made the process as smooth as possible and always took time to explain things (often several times) and answer all of our questions so that we understood all the details. His communication was exceptional. They do great work and really went above and beyond the give us a finished project that looks polished and achieved our vision. They are true craftsman, I’m incredibly grateful that I found Tim and Gentry Family Construction.

Tim and crew were great! Tim has great communication skills in explaining the project, addressing questions and concerns, and completing the project as described. The crew is courteous and cleaned up after the project was finished. The fence looks great. I have recommended his business to many people.

Tim and the team were honest, professional, and great to work with. Our house's siding had been put on incorrectly and he gave us an estimate on repairs vs replacing. After talking it through with him, we opted to replace and we are so glad we did! The builders had made such huge mistakes that without a complete replacement we would have had serious damage within a few more years. Tim and his crew were fast, efficient and completely transparent about costs and where things stood. They went out of their way to be kind to our 9 year old too, explaining what they were doing and why. I recommend them wholeheartedly and am so appreciative of their time, expertise, and all around integrity.

Gentry Family Construction is just what their name implies. It is a family business, and some of them have decades of experience in this kind of work. All of them are friendly, and willing to discuss the work and engage the owner in decision making. They are very informed, and freely offered their recommendations when I asked questions about the ‘right way to do things’. They are all very involved in quality control, and each person steps up to help when it is needed. The work was done professionally!!! I am very happy with the results..!!! And the cost came in exactly as it was estimated, and what we discussed well in advance. After receiving several estimates from multiple companies, we hired Gentry because they are truly a family business. They were communicative and fit our job into their schedule within a month or two of us contacting them. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend Gentry.

It went great. They showed up on schedule and finished 1 day early. Some of the sheeting on my roof was raising as the nails had come loose, they corrected that. I really like the way they did the valleys, they put down the ice barrier and overlapped the shingles for better water runoff and leak protection. They had a small crew but they were very efficient. They added drip edge which was not done when our home was built and Tim's dad brought a piece of drip edge to put over my shop door because he noticed there wasn't one there. I would recommend Tim and his crew without any hesitation.
