Tim and crew were great! Tim has great communication skills in explaining the project, addressing questions and concerns, and completing the project as described. The crew is courteous and cleaned up after the project was finished. The fence looks great. I have recommended his business to many people.

Tim and the team were honest, professional, and great to work with. Our house's siding had been put on incorrectly and he gave us an estimate on repairs vs replacing. After talking it through with him, we opted to replace and we are so glad we did! The builders had made such huge mistakes that without a complete replacement we would have had serious damage within a few more years. Tim and his crew were fast, efficient and completely transparent about costs and where things stood. They went out of their way to be kind to our 9 year old too, explaining what they were doing and why. I recommend them wholeheartedly and am so appreciative of their time, expertise, and all around integrity.

Gentry Family Construction is just what their name implies. It is a family business, and some of them have decades of experience in this kind of work. All of them are friendly, and willing to discuss the work and engage the owner in decision making. They are very informed, and freely offered their recommendations when I asked questions about the ‘right way to do things’. They are all very involved in quality control, and each person steps up to help when it is needed. The work was done professionally!!! I am very happy with the results..!!! And the cost came in exactly as it was estimated, and what we discussed well in advance. After receiving several estimates from multiple companies, we hired Gentry because they are truly a family business. They were communicative and fit our job into their schedule within a month or two of us contacting them. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend Gentry.

It went great. They showed up on schedule and finished 1 day early. Some of the sheeting on my roof was raising as the nails had come loose, they corrected that. I really like the way they did the valleys, they put down the ice barrier and overlapped the shingles for better water runoff and leak protection. They had a small crew but they were very efficient. They added drip edge which was not done when our home was built and Tim's dad brought a piece of drip edge to put over my shop door because he noticed there wasn't one there. I would recommend Tim and his crew without any hesitation.

Our job is replacement of broken siding boards. Three parts. First, initial on-site meeting with Tim Gentry. He was on time, courteous and explained well-known problems with CertainTeed siding. He explained options to repair existing fractures and cracks. After the initial meeting Tim sent an estimate/contract. It was consistent with onsite walk around. Second, the crew showed up on scheduled date and time. They came prepared with tools & equipment necessary to do the work. They had adequate replacement (Hardi-Plank siding) boards. The work was completed on schedule and included repair to caulking and replacement pieces in high spots. This is a family construction company - they worked together. The lead man, Gary - Tim's dad nailed loose boards to provide a uniform surface area, ready to be painted in two weeks. Finally, third - they removed damaged boards and cleaned up the work site. I appreciated the thorough construction process explanation given to me about the job. Thanks Tim.

This is the second time we've hired Gentry Construction for projects. They're very busy and couldn't promise to finish until the end of summer, but they found a week in mid-July and finished in four days. Patio cover with a metal roof; re-roofing 60% of our house; front door rail. All top-quality work. Would definitely work with them again.

Tim and the crew did a great job replacing the flashing and glass on my skylights. They also cleared up some problem areas on the rest of my roof. Quick, easy and honest. You’ll like these guys.

This went really well. It only took 2 days, and the construction workers were very professional and hard-working. I'm really pleased with the resulting job. I appreciate this company's work ethic and the fact that they are willing to correct any problems: Tim Gentry said that he will come back and touch up paint areas under the eaves where roofing nails came through. This is the second job that I've hired Gentry Construction for; last year they resided the house, and I am very pleased with that work also. I would hire them again.

Great. 17 custom windows and sided my home for a great price. Called me during jobs so I could make decisions on how I wanted things. Recommend them to everyone.

Gentry Family Construction (GFC) did an excellent job putting a new roof on my house, and it all began with an inspection and a solid estimate that was fair and reasonable. GFC’s was not the lowest bid, but their bid was 60% lower than the highest bid and only 10% higher than the lowest bid. The bid was accurate to the dollar, and they finished ahead of their schedule. They worked quickly and safely, and at the end of each work day, they cleaned up the worksite around my house making it look as though they’d never been there. Unlike larger companies, the owner, Tim, worked onsite with his crew everyday and was able to answer my questions about the work directly. I highly recommend GFC and will use them again for other projects on my home.
