Description of Work: Alex Camara was polite, prompt, hardworking. He did the work/cost evaluation upon arrival, before starting the work. Even though our ranch-style home is 1650 sq ft,the roof measurements exceeded 1800sf. That was add'l $100; plus add'l $75 for roof pitch and another $75 to scrub moss. That tacked on another $250 to the Real Deal's $329. We needed the work done, so approved the service. However, I would not have been interested had I known the cost would exceed $500. That doesn't feel like any Deal. We also were disappointed & unhappy to have to clean debris off areas of the house & windows, after spending $579. Alex did a good job on the roof & gutters -- they are definitely clean. But in the end, we feel the charges were excessive. Advice to others: Understand and know what your roof pitch is and roof sq footage (not the home sq ft), ahead of time so you are better prepared for your shopping.

Description of Work: They cleaned my roof very nicely. But the debris clean up was terrible. Now I have moss growing in my lawn from leftover pieces not cleaned up. And they left dirt splatters on the siding and windows.

Description of Work: washed and treated my roof from a moss buildup. The roof was cleaned satisfactorily but the residue was left all over the windows and siding of my mobile home. I had to personally go out wash it all down before it hardened and I would have had to chip it off. He left such a mess and I am still having to wash down certain areas that I could not get to. For that price - he was very sloppy.

Description of Work: Overall cleaning looked good; however the price ended up $200 more than the $329 I paid originally. I know there was a charge for pitch of the roof (11/12) but that seems a bit much. Also, the next day I found a bird bath broken. Just sayin'.

Description of Work: Fast Finish came out and gave me a bid on pressure washing my house. They showed me a demonstration and I was really amazed. My house hadn't been professionally pressure washed in the 11 years I have owned it and the rear of the house is south facing so it gets a lot of mildew in the Oregon weather. I tried to pressure wash it but my pressure washer just wasn't cutting it and with my house being two stories it was hard to get up to the second story and I wasn't comfortable standing on a ladder pressure washing. The demonstration showed me what a really great job they could do. I immediately scheduled them to come back out and finish the house. They did a great job and it was a a really great price. |I'll definitely have them come out every couple years or maybe even every year for a quick touch up.
