Very well. The job was done in a timely manner and the service provider was very professional. He also explained what he was doing and the differences in treatments.

Completed roof treatment quickly and thoroughly despite less than desirable weather and walked through next steps with me and suggestions to maintain.

This work had been cancelled and I had requested and received a refund. I was uncomfortable with all of their warnings over possible additional charges depending on roof slope, need to use a safety harness, how heavy the moss, and so on. If they're telling you it's been completed that is incorrect

It went good,he explained the product he was applying and how it works..I was worried if it would work because it was going to rain later that day. He assured me it would and guaranteed it would. I am to call him if I see any problems and he will come and redo it free.It cost me $250 more because of the size of the roof. I would of liked to talk to him about the extra cost before I purchased it from angies list..

Great! Our roof looks a hundred times better. We had more square footage than what the deal had provided for, so we had to pay for that, and we needed additional work done due to the amount of moss. Both of these were understandable. I'm not a roof expert, but I think investing in the maintenance of the roof makes sense. Our roof apparently has 7-10 more years in it, so it's a worth investment for us.

Had some initial miscommunication regarding scheduling, but did get it sorted out. Prompt arrival, discussed service. He completed job with power washer in good timeframe, but I noticed a couple shingles had pieces broken off afterward.

Gutters are cleaned and moss is gone! Done as advertised.

The floor looks wonderful. Patrick gave certain areas extra care and the results were great.

They came and were very punctual, conscientious about doing a good job. He communicated well, I think it was a difficult job and he did the best he could. I am happy with the work done. His add didn't mention the extra costs, he said there was a miscommunication with Angie's List.

Bad. I refused the service because of this poor business practice and am trying to get a refund.

This was a $329 big deal purchase. That was a pretty good job. It was a bigger job than what they expected. We had to pay more than the price of the big deal and we knew that because they warned us ahead of time. The workers were good.

He did excellent work. I had to pay a little more because of the size of the roof, but he was very transparent about that.

Fast finish..ie Patrick did an excellent job. BEST carpet cleaning I have had and I have been a property manager for 20 years. I wish I had found them sooner.

The gutters had not been cleaned for a couple of years as the house is very tall. Alex did a great job with an unpleasant task. The house has a metal roof which created some challenges, but following the cleaning it looks almost new again! Alex took great care in covering plants and features on the ground to insure that nothing was damaged by falling debris. When he was finished, he cleaned up the area around the house and provided some tips for future care.

I did use them, it cost me a extra couple hundred dollars. That was because the roof was too steep. I was not thrilled with that, when I thought about it later I should have just told them not to do it. I think it would have been better if he just went up front and said I'm going to charge you this amount of money.

On Friday, Dec, 4th, he sent his workers out to do the job. I was at work at the time so I do not know how long or what happened when the workers were here. I do know Patrick and I spoke prior to the workers coming and set up the appointment date, I did ask him to call my husband before coming and that did not happen. I arrived home after dark and could not see what the roof looked llike. My husband said that since they had to do more scrubbing on the roof, they charged me an extra $100! I was so surprised! I wrote an email to Patrick and let him know what I feeling. He called me right back and said his understanding was that I was aware there could be an extra charge for a deeper cleaning. I honestly don't remember discussing that. He said that he would pay the workers because they did do the work and for me not to worry about paying the $100. That was very nice of him. I was very upset because I felt he should have called and got authorization for the additional charge. The roof does look great and I assume the gutters have been cleaned since I can't see in them. I did receive another bill from a secondary business called Xtreme Proffessional Wash & Detail, I think he subbed out he job but I I trust Patrick will take care of that. As far as using this service again, I would consider it. I would make sure I fully understand what the terms were,

Professional, punctual. Got right to work and finished within several hours.

They did a good job. The cost was $175.00 more than the advertised special of $325.00.

It came our excellent. The coffee colors on the walk way looked fantastic and the driveway being cleaned and resealed, made it look like new. Patrick was timely and very responsive to any questions. I would absolutely use Fast Finish again.

They arrived at the time agreed upon and completed the concrete cleaning in about half a day and were we so impressed! We've never seen our driveway look so clean. The concrete was allowed to dry over night and they returned the following day to apply the sealer. We can't say enough how pleased we are with end result. Thanks Patrick!
