He did come out for an estimate about a week later. Took lots of measurements and told me that he would send an estimate to me via e-mail (I provided him with my card). I waited for a week, but never received an estimate. I went ahead and got an estimate from Northwest Pressure Washing on the same day I called. The price was reasonable and we scheduled work within the next few days. They did a thorough and excellent job. I got their information from the DEX directory. I would recommend them for any power washing project.

They came right away, and they were just starting in business, so they were very prompt, and they did a very good job.

The service went okay. They did a good job with the cleaning. I wish I would have done something different because a lot of the grout came out. I may have to end up re-finishing the floors. I do not fully blame them for that, however. I just do not think that is the service I should have gone through with. They were very responsive and I was able to schedule them out very easily. The technicians were very nice and considerate.

It went really well. They did a great job. For one thing, they were a start up at that time so it was just the husband and the wife, I don’t know what they have going on now but I was a little bit dubious when I learnt that they were just starting up. It sounded like it was kind of like a franchise deal but they did a great job. They did exactly what they said, cleaned up my sidewalk. It was a rental that I had that I needed cleaned up so it would look nice for the renters and they did a fabulous job. I didn’t expect it to be half this good. They were good, that was very reasonable. Everything was topnotch with them.

Did an OK job on the patio - and nearly finished the sidewalk. We called them back to finish the ignored areas - which they did 2 days later and did an excellent job. We should have asked for a thorough estimate before they began, we were shocked at the price $700, for 3 hours work.

We had our vinyl floors and wood floors cleaned. We also had our driveway and walkways cleaned of moss and dirt. Fast Finish did a great job from start to finish. They were prompt, courteous, and helpful. We were very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again. In fact we plan to have Fast Finish treat our mossy tile roof in the next few weeks.

Our white carpet was stained with grease, coffee, deep dark edges and a very definite traffic. Our expectations were exceeded fantastic job. The stains were all eliminated. We have had this carpet cleaned twice before the dark edges and coffee stain always was with us. I highly recommend Fast Finish for carpet cleaning.

Patrick and Anna were always right on time and very professional. They came and measured and analyzed the level of dirt and stains on the floors, they provided a detailed estimate. Their price was reasonable (and less than their competitor) so I contracted with them to do the work. We negotiated a start date and they arrived, as promised, right on time. They took great pains to protect my baseboards, cabinetry and hardwood floors where the hoses had to run. Anna spent several hours masking and protecting while Patrick got setup for the job. The cleaning took a full day and then they returned the following day to do the sealing. One final partial day was required to remove the masking and restore the moveable furniture -- which Patrick assisted. I have absolutely no complaints. I will use them again for annual maintenance and highly recommend them for anyone with stone or cement floors which require service. Absolutely fabulous experience.

The job was one they'd not done previously so they learned from the experience and it took longer than they anticipated but they went far more than the "extra mile" to get the job done! The maker of the soy product had not informed them of the appropriate length of time to leave the product on the hardened glue and as well they learned during the process that the longer the glue has been in place the more difficult it is to remove. They tried a special tool that mixes sand with water and "sand blasted" the glue off with very light damage to the surrounding paint on the siding and trim. Just a coat of paint is all that is needed and only in areas that were very close to where they were working. They overcame all the obstacles and got the job done with "green" products and used no harsh chemicals!

The cleaning went well and took a few hours to finish. The driveway and walkway was aggregate and the sidewalk was concrete. They all looked very clean when the work was completed. Fast Finish's cleaning mechanism didn't seem to be as damaging as pressure washing can be to older aggregate or concrete surfaces. It seemed like the price was a little high but I didn't realize when I bought the Living Social deal that 400 square feet is not a very large area and so the discounted portion of the work did not cover much of the total price I paid. Patrick and Anna were very friendly, knowledgable, professional and took pride in doing a good job.
