They showed up on time. He was very thorough with the inspection.

Evergreen's work was well above industry standards. They were efficient and professional. The problem causing a four star was with their subcontractor - the directional boring company. After Evergreen carefully exposed a n underground cable, the boring contractor immediately severed that cable - leaving me with an open pit until I can get Comcast to repair the cable. And the boring guys got out of there without a word to me. Otherwise I am quite satisfied with Evergreen's work and would hire them again.

They were prompt. I needed a pipe fixed. If I had the time to get bids I would have, but due to the urgency of the situation I went with them. I have not needed a plumber in a long time so it was a bit of a price shock. But, I also realize it was the weekend.

Super good and fast. Only company to call me back after a leak sprung on the weekend. Replaced a section of pipe in my tight crawl space and installed a water shut-off valve under my sidewalk--all in less than 2 hours. No leaks. Easy to turn off water. They get paid by the job (not by the hour), so no wasted time. Plumbing is spendy though.

James was very knowledgeable and transparent. I’ll trust this company with future projects and I will recommend them in the future.

I am very happy with the work Evergreen did on replacing our 40 year old tub and shower. It was an odd size, so I didn’t get what I was initially hoping for, but they worked with me to find a good alternate solution. It was also less expensive than what I was expecting. Would hire again!

The plumber came right out when called. Friendly and worked hard to fix water main pipe in yard. He checked inside home after finished to be sure all was ok.

Evergreen did a very nice job but the price was out of sight! $5000. to replace a bathtub is a lot of money. what do plumbers get per hour? This does not include any wall or hole repairs, just installing tub with new faucets and drain. maybe I don't know what the actual rate for plumbers but I think it is more than a doctor!

Evergreen came to my rescue on the same day my water heater died. Within 3 hours of my initial call I had a new water heater installed and operating.

Evergreen was great! Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful when discussing my options. He suggested a change to the shut-off valves and pipes under the house because my house had original plumbing since 1987. I took his advice and there was one pipe that had just started leaking under the house. Now everything is checked out and up-to-date. Prompt and reliable. Job was done efficiently and perfectly. I love my new sinks, faucets, and shower fixtures!
