We had the news no one wants to hear. You have a collapsed pipe in the concrete of your basement. They chased the line and consistently problemed solve to find solutions while maintaining the budget. In our case, 85 yr old home, small pipes, going diagnal crossed the basement and under stairs. Everyone was friendly, professional, understanding, and kept us informed in real time. They are now our go to plummer.

I had all my hardware. Needed help exchanging the old shower valve with a new one, that I had. That is all. He hits me up with a $2k a $2.6k and another over $10. Claiming pipes needed replaced, stated the whole house needed piped. He asked what I thought about the quotes and I laughed. I said I was very specific when I called, needed help with a shower valve not fixing what is not broke. He said he had a lifetime warranty shower head and valve. Lol, looked like a cheap hotel shower head and it was OVER $700.00 LOLOL. Ugh, no.

Evergreen completely replaced my entire plumming from the wellhouse to the mainhouse. Also replaced all 1940's old pipes. I now have water pressure and have no worries of plumming failure. All of the employees that were at my home were personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone explained all of the process as they worked. I feel like part of the Evergreen family now. I'll never use anyone else.

It was a draining cleaning for my washing machine. They were prompt, friendly and open to discuss the process. I was moving into a new home and the previous owner had disconnected the exhaust hose. The technician took the time to reconnect the exhaust hose without an additional charge.

Overall, a good experience. The installer did not apply safety straps to the water heater. Upon inspection, I told him I wanted the safe straps installed. He did so. Watch their work before paying.
