They were on time and they inspected all pipes to make sure they were good which is what I wanted them to do they were very knowledgeable and professional and gave me written quotes to replace the galvanized pipes in certain areas under the house

He was detailed on fixing the problem. He did a thorough job of explaining the pipe layout beneath our house.

My only problem was they didn't tell me they were cutting holes in my walls. They made it right and repaired them.

Evergreen was the only company who contacted me. After wasting time with a couple of other companies not on your list, I finally went with Evergreen, as I probably should have done in the first place. The plumber contacted me to say he was running late, but he still showed up within the scheduled timeframe and even a little earlier than he predicted. The job turned out to be an easy fix and he was in and out in half an hour. He was very pleasant and very professional. My only complaint, if I can even call it that, was the cost seemed a little high. But the worst case scenario would have cost much much more, and I don't know what the going rate is anyway. All in all, it was a good experience and I would not hesitate to hire them again and/or recommend them to others.

Evergreen Plumbing is great. They are there any time you need them. When working on a project they are there working when they said they would be and they complete the project when they get everything done which is within the expressed completion time they state. I like them and unless their is greatly undercut will be hiring them again very soon.

On time, professional, cleaned up. Will call them again for future projects.

The plumber didn t tell me before he installed it that the handle I bought for the toilet didn t fit right and would cause the lid to fall down. Also was a little overly friendly, giving my dog a treat without asking.

Drained the water heater of sediment to keep the water from running brown out of the bathroom tap. Continued to have issues, although not as bad as before. It appears to be getting better. Also dragged mud in from boots on new carpet. They apologized and attempted to clean up afterwards. At the end of it all I would only recommend them if time and availability of other providers are not an option.

The job was to fix a leak in the shower and this was not fixed. He came a second time and after a week, the leak is still there. The plumber was very nice and professional.

Very personable and professional. They came out during the COVID crisis fully protected to fix our kitchen sink which was leaking and needed repairing. Very grateful Thank you.
