The plumber did an efficient job within the confines of our original agreement. His overall cost to me was quite reasonable when compared to a bid by another local company. I have asked the plumber to return to change overt some of the old galvanized piping and his bid to do the job sounded again quite reasonable. I'd hire him again.

We had a little mix up on the timing of his coming, so that my daughter had to be the one to show him the problem (a leaky and noisy outside faucet). He did a great job, however, and I'm pleased with the results.

We replaced a tank-type water heater with a tankless, natural gas model. Evergreen Plumbing was energetic and eager for the business. They were also knowledgeable and backed up every guarantee with results. A tankless water heater takes getting used to, but we are very pleased with ours.

I would have rated them a five overall, but he missed his appointment time. Once we called him he admitted his error and was there within two hours. The job was done quickly, professionally and less than quoted over the phone when I made the appointment.

Marv called me within 5 minutes of registering on this site. His quote was about 1/2 what others quoted me, and he was able to do the job same week. He did an awesome job, set up the inspection for me, and even came out on a Sunday to hook up my new gas stove. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Professional, same day estimate, next day job done. Now I am just waiting on the city inspection and refill which I know will be worth 5 stars. Plus this job cost 50% less than estimates from three "bigger" competitors. I would rehire them in a flash!
