I checked HomeAdvisor for a recommendation for a plumber and Evergreen Plumbing had great reviews so I called them. I am VERY impressed with their work ethics and detective work. We had to have the main water line replaced which they took care of wonderfully, but we also had another leak! A representative came to the house and tracked down where this second leak was and took care of it on the spot! Each employee that came to our home was extremely polite, and as I said they all had wonderful a work ethic! I would highly recommend them without a second thought and WILL use them again when the need arises! You guys rock!

Found out my very old water heater was leaking on a Monday morning, they came out the same day and I had a new water heater installed the same day. They were professional, pleasant and friendly. All in all a good experience given the situation!

very very good plumber who did not overcharge

The plumber arrived on time exactly as scheduled. Due to a miscommunication on my part, he came expecting to do an estimate, but he was able (and willing) to make time to do the work that day. Pricing was as expected, work was professional.

He was on time, explained what he was doing and charged exactly what he said he would.

We would definitely hire him back and highly recommend him. He seemed extremely reputable and cost effective.

Arrived on time and had in done in no time and did clean up the water. He knows his job. He installed a cartridge in a moen shower.

Jim Mellen was my installer and was very willing to work only unusual situation with me (brick and block house). Did a great job and cleaned up after his work. My only issue was that it was more expensive than other companies, but they didn't respond to my request for work start so their loss.

We needed two toilets replaced, and a leaky faucet in the tub repaired. They said this was their busy season, but they sent Jim out within a few days to see what it was we needed. Jim was very personable and professional. He explained things to us in a way we could understand. Unfortuantely, since it wasn't an emergency, we had to wait approximately 1 1/2 weeks for him to actually do the job, but other than them being too busy, we would recommend this outfit.
