came in under their bid for the job, while it involved more work than anticipated.

Plumbers are just too expensive. But they are all the same so not faulting this one.

clean and efficient job

Initial inspection by Jim was fine but the team he sent, while mechanically competent, showed no respect for structure, going overboard with the " Hole Hog" to a point where the decking almost fell through. Seemed to be on the "Get in - Get out" as fast as possible mode.

Best part was they did exactly what I wanted after quote. Didn't try to upsell parts, warrenties, etc. even changed out a couple pipes with better materials at no charge.

This job was done very professionally and efficiently. We are very happy with our new water line to the new refrigerator we bought AND the cost was less than we expected to pay!

There was a problem with the kitchen sink in the house my 96 y.o. father lives in. They came in and unplugged the kitchen sink, installed a new disposal, and hung a sitting room overhead light/fan very quickly and quietly. Always, maintaining a professional and friendly relation with my father and I during the job. Finished the job quickly and cleaned up the area so no one could tell they were even there.

Showed up to install showerhead and faucets in bathrooms. On time, friendly, and respectful. I'm actually hiring them again to install 2 toilets.

Jim showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very friendly and respectful. He got right to work and finished the job quickly. Before he left he asked if there was anything else he could look at for us while he was there. Very happy with Evergreen. Only reason I gave them a 4 for value is because I'm cheap.

The company installed a gas shutoff for my stove.

Jim's advice and expertise was wonderful. Cost was the same as if the box store had installed the disposal and he did a better job and updated the configuration under my sink. He also fixed a problem with the bath drain at no charge. When we update the whole house plumbing he will be our guy!

re-did water lines ,added exterior faucet ,secured water heater and even re caulked bth. sink ...done in one day .

Thankfully my repair was a simple fix. Dave of Evergreen Plumbing was pleasant and efficient. It was a nut and bolt that was not placed when the previous plumber failed to check his work. It left a large leak on the outside of the house where the value shutoff was. Malena

Evergreen in this case Dave did a great job. All looks well and works as it should. Ran into unexpected problems doing the install but they were able to get us the extra help we needed and accommodate the scheduling necessary to get the job done. In this case what I thought was a good estimate turn out to be double what I expected but this was not Evergreen's fault but the unexpected road blocks we hit.

Jim is excellent. I have confidence in all he is doing. Very professional. He is great at explaining what needs to be done, and does it quickly. He is very easy to work with. He is the very best contractor I have worked with.
