Mr. Owens arrived exactly on time, was professional, friendly and clearly new his business. He explained the process he would be following and offered to spot clean a spot in the room we did not clean and left us a bottle of spot cleaner for future use!

The operator, Mr. Chad Owens, did an outstanding job. He made our carpets look like new! He went the extra mile by moving most of the furniture even though by our agreement, he was not required to do so. We had some initial misgivings as to the cleaning method. Previously, we had used the chemical dry treatment method which did okay. We were concerned that Effiicient's wetter method of cleaning would somehow be a bit of a problem, but as it turns out, it dried very well and got the carpets much cleaner. I would highly recommend Efficient Carpet Cleaners, Inc. They were very professional and went to great lengths so make sure we understood the process

They came to our home, on time, and proceeded to measure the rooms to be cleaned. They were very explicit that they were giving a free estimate and we were under no obligation to commit to the service. We accepted the bid and they immediately set to work. We were very satisfied with the job that was done. They were professional, courteous and thorough. I would not hesitate to use Efficient Carpet Cleaners again or to recommend them to friends.

I found this company on Angies List - had great reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. I called they responded immediately - friendly family business. They did not try to up sell or anything. In fact when I asked for an estimate on the upholstery, they gave me the estimate, but quickly agreed it was more than I would want to spend given the age and quality (or lack thereof) of my furniture... They arrived on time, went to work promptly and were in and out fairly quickly. Carpets were clean and almost dry!

Called the company and got a response right away. They were the only company I contacted that actually came out to do the estimate, which impressed me. We were moving to another home and my mother-in-law was moving into our home and I wanted to clean the carpets while all the furniture was out. They addressed the pet stains in the quote, as well as gave a discount for having the furniture out. He was honest about the cat urine stains being difficult to treat but thought that he could make them much better. The day they came my mother-in-law was there to let them in. She said they were on time, very professional and got the job done in good time. When I was by later the carpets looked fresh and almost like new. Even one area that had been stained by the cat urine plus some red dye that seeped into the carpet looked so much better than before. They were not the cheapest bid, but I am very happy with the work they did and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Charles showed up right on time, did a walkthrough of the house and gave us a quote on the spot. His price was in the same range as the other estimates we got so we gave him the job right then. He had the job well done in just a couple hours and the carpets looked like new.

There were six medium to large rooms that were cleaned. He measured each room and presented me with the estimate before starting work. He looked for any areas that needed pre-spotting or extra cleaning. He did a thorough job in each area and then after the last room, he came back and groomed each one. The work was performed very efficiently and the results were great! Plus, the company not only gave a terrific discount because the rooms were empty, but they also added an additional discount for finding their company through Angie's List. All positives in dealing with this company! Will use again in the future.

The entire process went well. The only thing I found odd was that I was not given an estimate in advance. I called a second time to ask about it. She said they charge by the sq ft.

Was very responsive and professional. Cleaning our carpets was well overdue and Efficient Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job of cleaning. The price was right and I would definetly use this company again.

I called to set up an appointment and was greeted with a helpful and friendly person; the appointment was set for the date I requested and the time of day; the personnel were very punctual; friendly, helpful and did not waste any time but went right to work and finished quicker than I had anticipated.The work is very, very good and I asked about some additional services and was advised not to add any additional services as the carpet did not need that particular service .......... this saved me an additional $75.00 plus I was given a credit for having all of the small items removed from the carpet.I was/am very pleased and would definitely use their services again and refer their services to any and all friends, relatives and acquaintances.

Called them up, got a quote of $106 with the dimensions I gave them for lv room and hallway. They came right on time, measured the area and said it would be a little less. They managed to get a beige carpet that hadn't been professionaly cleaned in over four years looking like new, even the spots I had given up on. Work was done quickly, carpet looks great. Very happy, would use them again. Be sure to mention Angie's List when you call for the discount. You also get a better price if you have most of the furniture out of the way.

The house we purchased 3 years ago came with a white berber carpet in the family room. Since we've lived here, I'd tried several times to clean it myself - using a home carpet cleaning machine. I'd try hand-cleaning the specific stains (coffee stains, juice stains, pet stains, etc). Nothing I tried worked very well at all. I called Efficient Carpet Cleaners, was able to get a prompt appointment. I watched them steam-clean that horribly dirty carpet, and it was truly amazing. You could actually see the difference quite vividly! It now looks wonderful! They'll definitely be on my speed-dial the next time this carpet needs cleaning!

The job that they did was excellent. I think I spent around $200. They arrived right on time. The representative was very professional, friendly but not real chatty and got right to work. He continued his work until he was completed. He did a really super job. I hadn’t had my carpets cleaned in six years and they are white carpets. They looked like new when he was done. I have a dog and I had pet spots and he did a real super job. I feel that I got my money’s worth. I would use them again.

They came promptly, gave me the final cost after measuring the rooms and began work. They finished early and the results were very impressive. Very professional, quick and right on target as far as time went. Would recommend them highly.

The service was excellent and the carpet became cleaner than we thought possible. We are getting the house ready to sell and we were worried because it had blood stains from when our cat came in with his leg torn in two after being attacked by a raccoon.They suggested a treatment to deal with a faint oder of pet smells. I said OK. The house was not occupied at the time of the cleaning. After the cleaning, Chad called to apologize because forgot to apply the pet sanitizer. I asked them to return and if they thought it needed it to please do it. They called back at the time, they said they would do it, to say the oder was not there and therefore the pet treatment was not necessary. That saved me $75,00 and when I and a friend got to the house, it smelled clean and fresh. I am very impressed with the service provided by this company. They even sent a thank you note thanking me for my business.

The staff easily accommodated our schedule. They showed up on time and didn't make a mess. The hallway showed heavy use--they were able to remove the traffic pattern and soil, returning the nearly white ten-year-old carpet close to new condition. Whew!

I am very pleased with the results - my carpet is now spot-free, clean and my house smells fresh!

They returned our call within the hour and scheduled an appointment within the week. The work was accomplished in a very professional and efficient manner. We were more than pleased.

Went very well. Arrived when he said he would and got right down to business. Took amount of time he said it would and even left me a can of spot remover.

The work performed was excellent. Carpets were cleaned throughouly. Before cleaning one of the bedrooms with very light carpeting had some very dark stains that had been there for a while. All of the stains were removed. Chuck did an excellent job and will always have my business.
