From the first phone contact these folks were pros. They arrived on time. Were professional in their dress and demeanor. The carpet was cleaned thoroughly. Little foam blocks put under the furniture that couldn't be moved. The quote was fair and then they discounted the total because we mentioned Angie and we had removed the furniture ourselves. When they were all done they told us that sometimes the process causes dirt to move to the top and if we saw anything when it dried to give them a call and they would come back and hit it again. This after they already had paid special attention the the traffic areas. Then they backed their way out of the house raking their footprints away as they went.

This company was one of the ones on the computer that offered senior discounts. I checked what all the people had said about the company and everybody had something good to say about this company. So, that is who we got. I called them and they came out and gave us a free estimate. So that is who we got. There was a spot they didn't think they would be able to get out and they said maybe after they left and it would dry a little bit more it would get a little bit better. I am telling you it is almost gone. They cleaned everywhere we had carpets, we have big bedrooms too, on two bedrooms, the hallway, the living room and the dining room. We got a 20% discount if the small items were moved, and we moved the little small things in the other room for him. And then the other 10% discount was for being senior citizens. The total bill came to $346.00 and then with discounts it was $249.00. Then we went ahead and we spent the money to get the soil retardant put on it and it was $104.00. If something is dropped or spilled on it; it will bead up they said. On the price, for what they did they really did a good job. I was very happy. On price, we thought it was pretty good. I called a couple of other ones that were on your list and they even had a higher price. They didn't give 10% discount for seniors, and they didn't give any discount for moving any of the furniture. It was just a flat rate. We thought it was pretty good. On responsiveness, they came right out the same day we called and they scheduled our appointment right when they were here. On punctuality, in fact, they were even a little bit early. They were really good. I think it was a father and son and I thing they own the business together from what I gathered. We are going to get them next time.

My wife and I have been doing the carpets on our own for the past ten years and have finally reached a point where we feel that at our age perhaps the job is best left to someone younger ... and someone who actually knows what they are doing. Chuck (the owner) showed up a few minutes ahead of the agreed upon time which, to me, was very important. I have dealt with contractors in the past who didn't think my time was valuable so him arriving when he said he would I took as a good sign. He started with the upstairs bedrooms and I noticed how careful he was to put foam or plastic under each piece of furniture that would have any contact with the wet carpet ... another good sign. Then he worked on the stairs which, obviously, are heavily trafficked and thus not easily cleaned until such time as he felt he couldn't do them any better ... they looked great considering the carpet is 13 years old. He then cleaned the downstairs rooms and, much to my surprise, was finished at just about the amount of time he said he would be ... I had thought when I asked how long the job would take and he'd said "about 4 hours" that he hadn't seen how dirty they were. Well, he must have figured that in when he bid the job ... and by the way, we were happy with the price. Our carpets are looking way better than we expected and would certainly recommend Chuck to anyone.

Chuck came out and was able to fit us in his busy schedule. The carpets were very soiled and i was amazed at how well they turned out and how fresh and clean they smell and feel. Would definitely recommend!

I've used them a number of times. I like them a lot. They're very professional and they do exactly what you want them to do. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Everything looks very nice when they're done and it smells great, too. They're very efficient and very quick. They really get the dirt out. When you have dogs in the house all the time, that's a lot of dirt. I would recommend them to others. They're a father and son business. Their prices are reasonable. They ask me to come in and if I see something, they'll do it over again. That's about as good as you can get. They're very prompt. I never had any problems with them. I like it when I call somebody and I feel that we have a professional relationship. They're nice.

He arrived right on time with his equipment ready to work. Immediately he asked me what areas he would like me to have him focus on which impressed me right away. Chuck measured the rooms of carpet to be cleaned which his estimate was based on. His pricing is very fair. He also did not push to do more than what I wanted done. I also opted for the pet protection treatment since I have 4 Pomeranians. In no time at all he was finished with the rooms I needed done! They were SPECTACULAR!! Needless to say Chuck definitely takes pride in his work. It shows! I am a customer for life! It is so nice to have something go so smoothly and turn out so wonderful. Our carpets were very dirty from traffic, pets and a couple of coffee accidents. I looked at Angies List reviews and called Efficient Carpet Cleaners. Chuck returned my call promptly. He gave me an estimate and told me that he'd give an exact price after he measured the rooms. I made an appointment for a convenient time just a few days away. Chuck arrived and measured the rooms. His quote was within a few dollars of the estimate. The cleaning was competed on time. The carpet looked great, even better than I expected. It was far better than the results when I had rented a machine and done it myself. I was able to get an appointment at a convenient time. Chuck arrived on time and competed the job on time. The results were very good. The carpet looked better than ever. The price was what I had been quoted, and well worth it to me. I did receive a discount for mentioning that I found this service on Angies List. You can't get better than that. I will definitely call Efficient Carpet Cleaners again.

They did a very good job. It was more expensive than other companies, but the carpet was cleaner than when done by other companies.

He was very professional. Called to ask if he could come earlier than set time, which was great. Gave us a discount for moving furniture before he arrived. Was neat and clean. Did a good job of cleaning a very dirty carpet. Carpet dried fairly quickly and there was no bad smell from chemicals. Will use them again.

WOW, the other reviewers weren't kidding - these guys were great! They took almost three hours on the carpets and rugs - it's a pretty small house - and were able to clean specialty wool carpets and make them look like new. It was a gift for my parents - my parents were thrilled!! They can't stop talking about how amazing their carpets look. Efficient carpets was available within a couple of days of me calling. They will move furniture, too. We couldn't be happier. A little spendy, but it was worth it.

Great job cleaning the carpet. Prompt, efficient, as their name says. A little higher priced than previous cleaners we've had, but you get what you pay for, and we paid for excellence.
