Description of Work: Job was to clean all windows inside and out. Remove cap on solar tubes inside and clean, also clean outside of solar tubes. Sean called me just about the time He was to arrive, first job went longer than expected. Arrive later and went right to work, job took two hours. Now we have sunshine it looks great to look out of my clean windows.

Description of Work: He put up my Christmas lights around the roofline of my house and garage. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he'd do. He said he'd be back to take them down before New Year's Day. I came home to find all the lights down and each strand neatly wrapped up. He was polite, professional and friendly. I will DEFINITELY ask for his services next Christmas. I regret that I cannot remember what the cost of the sevice was, but he charges by the length of the combined light strands, so there were no surprises. I appreciate that.

+ -1 moreThey do an excellent job. We have very difficult windows. We have clerestory windows, so they get on the roof. We have windows in the front that require ladders. They are very good and thoughtful. They have always finished the job and done it right the first time. I have used them for years.

+ 1 moreBoth times I've used this company it's gone very well. The company is family owned and operated and my only complaint is that he will occasionally forget to return a phone call because he's quite busy. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the work and the price.
Description of Work: This company cleans windows (interior and exterior), cleans gutters and hangs Christmas lights. For $210, they cleaned all the exterior windows on my large 3-story house, scrubbed the screens and cleaned out the gutters. Last Christmas they hung lights on the front of the house for $75 (roughly $1 per foot). Shawn (the owner) is very nice and a pleasure to work with.
