AAA PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANING

A crew of four came. The owner & 3 young workers. We are very disappointed in the job. Many windows are still dirty & streaked. Several screens were also still dirty. I have had to re-clean numerous windows & screens. I feel a refund/discount should be given.

The best window cleaning I have ever had. I also very much like Shawn. My only complaint is that I don't think he charges enough for the work that he does. I would have willingly paid more.

Contacted this provider twice for an estimate. Both times I received a message that they would call me back. Never received the courtesy of a reply. Now the event for which we needed service has passed. Unless I receive and apology and a reasonable explanation why this occurred I would not recommend them

Very professional, Shawn and his two helpers washed all the windows of our daylight basement style house including two big garage windows. Many windows in back required going up on a ladder. They were all very courteous, did a great job and completed everything in a timely manner.

Both workers were pleasant but arrived 30 minutes late. The last 1/2 of the windows washed were done with dirty water so they were not done well. Water spots and streaks were present.

I contacted AAA early June 2014, Sean contacted me few days after my call apologizing that he did not contacted me earlier because he had very busy schedule. I schedule a window cleaning service with them on June 27th. Sean and his team showed on time. At that time no one was in the house Sean called me asking if they should do the cleaning, I said yes and asked him to leave the invoice by the door. They did excellent job they were professional and did there job in a reasonable time frame. Also I appreciate a note that receive from Sean informing me about a bees hive under my deck. Thank you Sean for your help, you did a good job and definitely I will call you for future work

I've tried several window cleaning companies. This is the best! They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. They are very trustworthy. I am very comfortable having them in my home and they are very respectful of our privacy and our home.

Shawn did an excellent job cleaning the windows. He also cleaned the tracks for the sliding doors and windows. Very pleased with his work and am setting up an appointment to have him come out again this month.

Cleaned condo windows on two buildings, as promised. It went well.

They are excellent and the price is great for inside and out and I have quite a few windows. They do the screens too. | |I accidently sent one in for A1 and they may be good but I don't know for sure as I haven't used them before.

A team of 3 completed the job in less than 1.5 hours and the windows look beautiful. After trying a couple other companies, I found this company several years ago and have used them ever since. They are the best!

Shawn did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price

They cleaned all of the windows including two of the windows that we have never been able to get to. What impressed me was that his son was with him. He's in high school, but it's spring, and he's about sixteen years old. They were just really polite, and worked together wonderfully. I don't think I've ever seen a father and son work that good together. I thought - when Angie's list calls I want to tell them about this guy! He's really good, so I can't imagine people not wanting to bring him back.

They were on time, they were nice and they did a good job. However, the price I was quoted was not what he charged me in the end. I believe the price changed because my home is for sale and I would not be a repeat customer. They clearly took advantage of us.

AA Professional Window Cleaning returned my call promptly. They were able to fit me into their schedule within a few days of my call.. They did an excellent job, were respectful of our space and did not track dirt or drip water inside the house. The owner is very pleasant to work with. I will choose them over the other three window washing companies I have used in the Willamette Valley. They did a thorough and excellent joby. They worked effeciently and were done quickly because they did not waste time. They are very good at what they do. I cerrtainly will use them again in the future.

I called his business and left a message, he called me back in about 3 days. He gave me an estimate and we settled on the day, he was a little later than he said he would be but he did a good job and Iwas pleased.

They arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time (after calling first to make sure it was okay) with a 3-person crew. One person started cleaning the inside of the windows while the other two cleaned the outside and the window screens, then worked together to finish the interior windows. My windows look great!

The crew arrived on time and worked steadily until done and ndash; approximately 2.5 hours. Owner warned the contractor of the ease with which interior paint would water stain; the crew played close attention to this matter with no resulting stains. Job was thorough with frames and windows cleaned.

It has been over two weeks since I left a message. Never contacted and since he has only a PO box there is no way to go to his place of business to make an appointment.

Shawn arrived on time and within the space of 2-3 hours had washed the inside and outside windows of our two level house, which was alot of windows! They absolutely sparkled when he was done. He even went on the roof and cleaned our skylights. We had bought a Groupon so had a discount through that, and thought the value was exceptional for such a good job. We would definitely hire AAA again.

In the past I used him a lot and he is very good. The window cleaning is about $135 for about 12 windows. He is very good, very prompt, and very friendly. He does a good job and I like what he has provided for us.

I have used this service before. This time as before, they return telephone calls promptly, arrived for appointment on time and ready to work. The representative showed respect for my property..inside and out..and put things back where they were found (some items forgotten on the window sill). I am always pleased with this business and their professionalism, will continue to use their service, and have/will recommended them to family/neighbors/friends.

Very well at no inconvenience to myself.

Shawn and his crew do a great job -- we've used them for window cleaning, gutter cleaning and holiday lights for several years. We have a large, three-story house with lots of windows and the price was very reasonable.

Excellent. Very pleasant to work with and they did a great job.
