Description of Work: Matt Hunter is an all around handyman who is very good at his job. He is creative at solving problems, researches the best way to do things, does excellent work, and finishes the job without leaving damage that has to be fixed by someone else. He laid ceramic tile throughout my entire 2300 sq. ft. house after removing the old carpet and under boards as well as doing several other jobs that came up along the way, such as building shelves, removing a wall oven, cutting an opening for the free-standing range, installing an exhaust hood, replacing a door on the shed, and helping rid my house of rats. He was always cheerful and respectful and generally easy to have around. I highly recommend him to do any of a number of jobs, and will undoubtedly call of his services in the future myself. The final price was higher than his very rough estimate, but he also ended up doing more than the original job.

Description of Work: Repaired wood p***** damage on house window trim boards. He resolved the issue and was creative if deciding what should be done to minimize the appearance of repairs. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Matthew came out and looked at my back porch that I wanted to have partially enclosed. He listened to my ideas, gave me great feedback, and sent me a detailed quote. I ended up not being able to go forward with the project for financial reasons, but would definitely contact Matthew in the future if I needed handyman services. Very nice and responsive.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have had Matt do work for me. He is fast and efficient, shows up when he is suppose to, gets done when he says he is going to. Matt replaced windows in a rental house for me. He was very mindful that the house is an income generator for me and couldn't be out of commission for long. He did the job timely and got it back on the market ASAP. Matt also did a major deck renovation for me Summer of 2011. This renovation required Matt to be creative in his problem solving. I was not disappointed at all with his solutions, his price, and his timeliness. All this and he is neat and tidy too!

Description of Work: An old wooden fence was falling down due to rotted posts and wind damage. I contacted 3 fence contractors and Mr. Hunter (Matt) was most receptive to my budgetary need to repair rather than replace the fence. He provided me with a "time and material, not to exceed" price that I felt was fair and best suited the project! His work was outstanding, completed on time and I would reccomend him to anyone wanting to deal with a pleasant, professional, fairly priced handyman/general contractor! I am looking forward to working with Matt on another project that I am currently taking bids on!

Description of Work: Four replacement windows and removal of old & installation of new kitchen exhaust.
