Description of Work: Due to death in the family of the provider, I had a delayed response in hearing from them, and again in trying to reschedule. I travel a lot and therefore there was difficulty in getting scheduled, in addition to weather issues. There was also a mix up in communication regarding a rescheduled appointment and there was no call to confirm the estimated arrival time at that date. At this point, I would prefer to start over and look for house cleaning services elsewhere.

Description of Work: We've got these guys coming once a week now, for several months. They do a very good job, and they're willing to fix things if anything is missed. They've really done well and we appreciate their work...we're keeping them. We've had two other services before them and this is what we were missing before.
