Description of Work: They cleaned all the windows in my house. I had originally hired them to clean just the house windows, however, I have a closed in patio with windows that really needed cleaning and the gentleman included those for a very reasonable price increase. I was so very pleased with their service and the professionalism.

Description of Work: They did an outstanding job, especially on the bathtub and shower stall. Three cleaners came, all of whom friendly and pleasant. I didn't watch over their shoulders but each time I saw them, they were hard at work. Very little chatter, which has been a problem with multiple cleaners before. They seemed methodical and efficient. In short, their cleaning was excellent. Three things detract from their work. Firat, I was given a time range to expect them--8:45 to 9:15--and they arrived at about 9:30. Second, one of the cleaners had a bad cough (and I feel bad that she had to work in that condition and the fumes from the products couldn't have helped) ans she coughed a lot, not always with her mouth covered. Third, when I used my bath towel that evening, it was clear from the smell and discolorationg that bleach had been splattered on it.

Description of Work: This was a special deal for 20 windows inside and out with screens. I asked them to just do the outside of the windows and the sills so really they got the better deal. The owner had his young teen son helping him out who really didn't appear to know how to wash windows-I watched how he did it and wondered how they would look in the sunlight. The next morning when the sun came out it was very apparent that they were very streaky-not what you would expect from a professional window washer. I was surprised at how quickly they were done and now I know why. It was a quick and poorly done job and gave me the impression that since it was a special deal they didn't want to spend the time to do the job well and thought they could get away with an inexperienced helper.

Description of Work: Windows all clean now! Scheduling was a bit of a hassle -- we kept missing each other via phone & e-mail returns were not always prompt (hence the B on Responsiveness). But once things were set up, Robert arrived when he said he would, and he did a great job. Very happy with our clean windows now.

Description of Work: I had extra windows done, over and above the 20 covered by the $89 offer. Work was done quickly and neatly. We appreciate our newly cleaned windows and no longer having to look through the cobwebs on the screens!
