They did a great job for us. They are honest, straightforward people, and did a good job.

The cleaning crew arrived on time and with positive attitudes. They listened carefully to what I wanted and began to immediately get to work cleaning my house as if the Queen Mother was going to visit. What a pleasure it was to sit in my office getting my own work done while listening to the friendly, quiet chatter amongst the crew as the industriously cleaned my house. Once in a while I would catch each one of them leading to the side to clean up a little bit of something I never even asked for them to do. They cleaned everything beautifully in the time the estimated and clearly did not charge me for all the little extras that I saw them doing on the side. I wish you all could see how beautifully they cleaned my wood floors. I had vacuumed before they got here to make their job easier and it's something I'm able to do, however they began to do things to it that went beyond mere mopping I asked for. They were efficient in this and whatever it is that they did made the floors look like they had freshly been laid. I've never seen him look like that myself. The things they cleaned gleamed, my house smelled great, and the entire experience was so positive I plan on having them come back until I regain the use of my other arm.

They show up on time. They are fast and efficient. They don’t do quite as much as I would do. I will use them in the future.

Lisa is truly interested in pleasing you. I can't help but feel that she really wants to take care of my house and make it more comfortable in addition to doing a good cleaning job. This is so rare these days. She listens and responds happily. They have been coming to me every two weeks and spend usually no more than 1.5 hours. They are quick and the short time doesn't disrupt my day. This is important since I work at home. I was so pleased with their service I recommended them to my best friend who called after they were at her house raving about all the same things I have written above. If I would say one thing, though, they are very much in demand - mostly because of their great ratings on Angie's List - and so adding even small additional tasks when they are here is limited. You have to plan ahead and discuss your plans with Lisa so she can schedule them. For me, nevertheless, this is a most happy experience and if nothing changes, I hope Just Like New will be helping me this way for years to come.

They were great. They get things done really quickly. They were really good about fitting us in their schedule. They did a really good job and were easy to deal with.

We needed our rental property cleaned after some interior works was completed. Lisa communicated well and met our schedule and deadline. Lisa and her crew were polite, professional and courteous. Lisa noticed a small leak under the kitchen sink and brought it to my attention. Her work was excellent.

I called them in the morning and we set the time for 3PM that afternoon. Lisa (the lady I'd spoken with earlier) called shortly before 3PM and said they would be here soon. They showed up right at three and came to the door with cleaning equipment. I told them what I would like cleaned and they jumped right in. Lisa's husband started in the kitchen and her son began to dust the piano in the living room. Lisa cleaned both bathrooms and then joined her husband and son. They were very pleasant and it was gr8 to see a family work together so well. I enjoyed how they edified their son and talked so good about their other children too. They talked about how they have some activity going on with one child or another every night and they seemed to enjoy their children and are proud of them. It was nice to see. I wish them the best. They were very pleasant and I was pleased with their work.

I called Just Like New Cleaning in hysterics because I had just found out I would have some visitors to my house and I had NO TIME before they came to clean! I asked if Just Like New Cleaning could come over the very next day to help me and they worked their schedule so they could! I was amazed that they were able to clean my house on a 1 day notice! They made time for me and came over and cleaned my house to perfection! I have NEVER seen my house this clean! The family cant give me any grief about the cleanliness of this house because it is spotless!! I have a few specific allergies and Just Like New Cleaning made sure that all of their cleaners and everything else would not make me sick! I will absolutely hire them again! The team was VERY nice and really these are the people to go with if you want a cleaning service! Im not so eloquent otherwise you would enjoy my review better but you really cant go wrong with Just Like New Cleaning. THANKS GUYS!!

Just Like New Cleaning was very thorough and more thorough than other cleaners I've used in the past. They seem to notice problem areas a little more than other places. They are also punctual and reliable.

I've used them before and the cost was $160. I was very happy and they are going to clean my home every two weeks. The price was good for what they did.

They do a good job for us. They are professional, on-time, and they do what they say they're going to do. They're really easy to get a hold of when we have to make changes.

Lisa and her crew have been cleaning my home every 2 weeks for about 6 months. Not only are they extremely professional and do a great job cleaning, but they have had no hesitation to "go the extra mile" as needed while still keeping the rate very reasonable. Overall, this company provides an excellent value, with a friendly attitude and an ecologically sensitive approach. They really enjoy what they do, and it shows.

After using many housekeepers, Lisa and Robert are absolutely the best! They use mostly green products with no heavy cleaning smell left behind and our sensitive to our requests for special finishes. They're dependable, friendly, flexible, pleasant, professional and do an immaculate job cleaning our home. We give them the highest recommendation.
