Just Like New Cleaning

We've been using their services for about a year, and they're the best housecleaners that we've encountered. They're prompt, it's easy to reach them and to make schedule changes, and their workers are friendly and professional. They do thorough cleanings as well.

It took a while for them to get back with me, about 3 weeks. But when they did, Lisa came out that weekend to give us a quote on our home. The quote verses the actual price was very different. It was more expensive than expected but worth it. They bring in a 4 person crew to clean my home, and it usually takes them about an hour to 2 and a half hours to clean our house. They are really good at getting everything clean and sparkling. They sometimes have issues with notifying me if they are going to miss a day. But otherwise it has been wonderful to come home and see my home so clean and beautiful after they have been here. Even the toilet paper is folded up like a fancy hotel and my bed is made when I forget to make it. Being disabled it has been nice to receive the extra help!

I have been working and going to school for almost 2 years, sad to say that my imaculate standards for keeping a home clean fell drastically to say the least. I told just like new that I did not care how much it cost, I just wanted a clean home. This family team was with out his partner the day of cleaning. I was totaly dumbfounded to see that everything was well cleaned, floors scrubed, glass, mirrors, even lamp shades were dusted. He even cleaned my dirty vents! It cost a little more the first time because of the dirt, bu well worth it. I'm sure he must have spent at least 5-6 hrs on my house. I will have them return on a regular basis. It is so nice to not have to worry about this aspect of my life. I just leave it to "Just like New" ..

We used them twice. They were great, they have worked with us. They squeezed us in because we, they did not have any slot, they offered to come at 5 o'clock. They came up earlier. They worked around us because we were moving. They were great. Very friendly staff, thorough and wonderful. I would say that they were outstanding. Wonderful and friendly. Extremely thorough.

My housekeeper stopped cleaning for health reasons. I found Just Like New on Angie's List. I realized I had found them last summer on AL to come over and wash my windows. I had really been happy with them then. I have now hired them to be my new cleaning service. They sent a crew of 3 or 4 and cleaned my 2700 sq ft 4 brm 3 bath house in less than 1.5 hours. I am thrilled and happy!

I called and emailed regarding having my house cleaned once a month. They never got back to me.

They did a good job cleaning our house every other week for 6 weeks. They rescheduled due to "employee child care" problem.which We agreed to a new date and time for the make up cleaning, but then they did not show up and did not call. I called and left a message asking when they were coming....no return call. That was two weeks ago so I consider them having quite without notice.

I am picky with house cleaning & they exceeded my expectations! Very thorough! I was happy to see that they were "attention to detail" cleaners. They didn't leave anything untouched! I will definitely be using them going forward!

Lisa, Robert and Margaret arrived at the agreed on time and started work immediately. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction and I am a bit of a perfectionist. I have hired Lisa and her crew to clean my house on a regular basis.

The people were friendly and professional. The cleaning was fine. Both visits, I didn't get a call as pre-planned.

I received a quote the same day I called and they even had an opening that very same evening to come over. We had just moved in and needed some help with the cleaning.

I clicked on an offer for 4 hours worth of house cleaning for 100.00 on Angie's list. Lisa responded within 24 hours with some available days and times. That worked for me, and like clockwork, Robert and his crew showed up at my house with all their cleaning equipment, and did an excellent job.

Wow, Lisa and Robert did a fabulous job. Our house was in need of a good cleaning, and they rose to the occasion. I will defini tely have them back on a regular basis.

Contacting them was very easy and if I didn't reach them immediately, they were quick to reply to my voicemail. Coordination was easy and they were very friendly. We agreed on a tentative price at the beginning and it ended up being a little more than that, but they did explain that without seeing the house before giving me a price estimate it was tough to give me a hard quote, which I understand. House was nice and clean with a fresh scent, no "chemical" type of scent and the bathrooms looked great (and I'm VERY picky when it comes to bathrooms!!). Will hire them again when needed.

I need a cleaning on short notice because of my mother's death. They came when requested and did a thorough job. There was supposed to be a 4th person who would have made the job go faster, but it worked out ok. I appreciated the fairness of price and willingness to finish the job. I would hire them again.

I scheduled my appointments with Lisa (Roberts wife I believe) I specified what I needed done, and that if all went well the first visit, I would need them to come over prior to family coming to town in a few weeks. I suggest based on the diffulty knowing exactly when they will arrive on appointment day, that you are flexible. my first cleaning went very well. they focused on the areas I suggested, and went over any beyond my expectations. they came back prior to a family visit, and even my sisterinlaw was impressed.

They are very good. They come when they are suppose to and it is the same crew every time. I have had no issues with them.

Robert, Lisa, and Laura came on a last minute request. I thought I was a good housekeeper doing things myself, but they really showed me up. My house has never been so clean. If you want to give your wife a gift ever, have Laura come and clean her kitchen...stunning and thorough job.

Lisa, her husband Robert and their employees Laura and Daisy came on a last minute request and cleaned my baseboards, windows, floors and any other areas that needed attention. They were a little pricey but well worth the extra money. They were very friendly and showed attention to detail in every aspect of their job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Just Like New is the best cleaning service I have ever had and I have had many cleaning services over the years. I have used them for over 5 years and am always happy with them. They are professional, efficient and thorough. I have recommended Lisa, Robert and their team to many friends and neighbors and they have also been extremely happy. Try them out...I know you'll be happy.

I left a message for Lisa in early December and didn't hear back until mid January. Once I finally heard back from her, we set up an appointment for her to give me an estimate, but she never showed up. I still haven't heard from her.

I am very impressed with this company. There is a certain personal touch that I find very special. They are very fast and efficient. This is the only house cleaning company I will use.

Insurance & bonding were high on the list of reasons I hired Lisa Romero, DBA Just Like New, to clean our home. But, be advised that they will provide documents to support their claim of insurance/bonding, but those documents mean nothing! If you are considering hiring them, you should check with their insurance provider in person to find out the type and limits of their policy. I didn't find out until it was too late. If you have anything of value in your home--either expensive or sentimental--you do not want this company cleaning for you! In our case, they damaged a newly purchased item, for which I had paid $500+. When I discussed the matter with Lisa Romero and showed her the information on the cost of the item, she said they would cover the cost of replacement/repair out of their own pocket, rather than reporting it to their insurance provider Then she changed her mind and informed me that weren't willing to do that. In a highly emotional and unprofessional state, Lisa Romero said that they shouldn't clean large homes, and weren't "comfortable" cleaning valuable items! She then took her crew and walked off in the middle of the job! I was stunned, and very disappointed, because we had company arriving the next day. If only she had told me that our home was too large for her company, or that she was not comfortable with expensive items, when she came out to do the estimate! We would have been better off with another cleaning service where insurance and bonding truly mean something. I had to personally contact her insurance carrier to find out that Just Like New's insurance coverage is a low cost, bare bones policy, intended only to cover minor damage claims. I quickly found a reputable company, and they have been cleaning for us since Lisa Romero walked out on us.

They did a great job for us. They are honest, straightforward people, and did a good job.

I think that Lisa is a very pleasant person, and I think that her husband, who both worked on our home together, is very nice as well. There would typically be a third person with them. They generally did a pretty consciences job; however, they were completely unreliable with when they would show up. We were always getting pushed to the end of their day, which was frustrating for us and our schedule. They bid our home a little under market, so I was assuming they’d ask for a raise, but they were asking for a raise every week. We decided to go with another company.
