I would recommend this company to any one int he area for carpet cleaning. The whole house looks amazing. I had to call and reschedule my original date and had my carpet cleaned sooner and on a holiday weekend ! Wonderful doing business with him. I would definitely hire him again. A+++++ service

They were very professional. They were a little bit late but that wasn't their fault but they stayed late until they finished the job so they spent a lot of time there. They were very detail oriented and they wanted to make sure that they did a good job.

The problem is that before he began the cleaning, we asked him to look the job over. There were some spots and streaks in the family room carpet. We asked him to specifically look those over and we made it clear that if he could not get them out, that we did not want him to even start the job. He looked them over, and told us that he could get the spots and streaks out, so we told him to go ahead. After he worked on the carpet for quite awhile, he said he could not get them out, but said that after the carpet dried, he would come back to look it over, and would re-clean it, if necessary. We gave him a check for the full amount before he left, since he assurred us he would come back, if necessary. The carpet dried and the spots and streaks remained, so my wife called him on the phone to discuss it with him. She told him she was completely un-satisfied. Busy Bee then told her that he could not get the spots & streaks out, so he would send our check back in the mail. At this point my wife did not trust him, so asked me to stop payment on the check, even though he said he would send it back to us. Well, he never did send it back to us, so my guess is that he tried to cash it, or deposit it, although I cannot prove that. I think we made the right decision in stopping the payment. We would not use this company again.

Overall, we might use them again. I would recommend if you do not care about dry time. There are a number of Busy Bee carpet cleaners in Central Oregon.

From start to finish, the service provided was outstanding! He arrived a half hour early then was waiting in the truck because he didn't want to disturb me. He was very professional in his attire and courteous, taking care to discuss what was needed and the cleaning capabilities used. While it did take him longer than most, he was very thorough and took care to protect my walls and wood floors. Both my husband and myself were so impressed with the results....this is the best our carpet has looked since we moved in! The carpet realIy feels clean and it is like the nap has been restored. I had some heavily soiled areas in front of the fireplace and in my bathroom, but they look great. I love the fact that a month later when I vacunm, it still leaves that new carpet look. I can honestly say, I will call him again and have recommended him to others already. He is a bit pricier than the ones I have had before, but trust me....it is worth it! He called to make sure I was happy with the service and even sent me a thank you card. As I said, from start to finish I was very impressed!

We rent out our home for the school year and we want our carpeting cleaned professionally. Busy Bee cleaners did a thorough job, cleaning our carpets so they look fantastic. I believe Chris does the best job in town! I like his honesty and "customer first policy." I had to hunt down his telephone number because I remember his father's advertisement in the Madras Roundup. After getting his telephone number, our house was measured and an estimate was made for the work to be done. They came in and did the work as I specified and it was beautiful - they worked around my schedule.

They arrived on time, got their equipment set-up and cleaned the carpet in our living room. They were fast and efficient, after the carpet dried I was very pleased with the results. They were professional pleasant.

We used Chris to clean 3 rooms in our home. He did a great job, the quality lasted through the holidays. He was very knowledgeable about the cleaning, thorough, and gave us great advice and help for keeping the carpets looking their best.

They did a very good job. He was on time and I loved the fact that on the corners of the walls he put a protective layer so the hoses didn't damage the walls. He also draped a plastic covering over the door to keep cold air and wind from coming in. He also put covers on his shoes so he didn't track anything in.

It became apparent from the beginning that Chris is a very conscientious. The 25 year old rug looked as new as possible by the time he finished. And the other important factor is that he used a solution that is a GREEN product. I detected no odor during or after the cleaning and there doesn't seem to be any residue. Furthermore, the carpet never got very wet and was dry quicker than previous times it has been cleaned. In all aspects, the carpet has never been cleaned that good in the past. Chris wore paper booties on his feet and even placed styro-foam type blocks under the table legs to avoid any possibility of stains. He thoroughly picked up after himself and left everything the way he found it. He went way beyond the norm to make sure this customer was more than pleased. I would certainly recommend Busy Bee and Chris. I won't be happy with anyone else after dealing with Chris. If I hadn't been happy, this report would have been just as bad as this was good---believe me! PS. He was here for at least 6 hours, so the price was reasonable as well.

Word of mouth from neighbor ,she had him clean her and we stopped and got her advice, she highly recommended him . We called ,set up an appointment ,and estimated price on information we provided ,size of areas [rooms] we needed cleaning ect, He showed up on time he promised and was in and out in 4 hours,The carpet looked like new when he finished ,outstanding job,

When I decided to move out of the house I was renting I called Chris at Busy Bee, and on short notice he was ready to clean my carpets. Chris was right on time, was thorough, and was able to meet my budget.
