"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"I contacted them on line, explained the problem (could not read the temperature panel), gave them the make, model number and the serial number. They sent a person to the house to supposedly repair. All he did was look at it, checked the info on his phone, said they did not make that model anymore. He had all that info before he came out to our house. He said he would check for parts and call us back. When he did not call back, we made 3 calls to Apex before they called back saying they could not get parts. They did not make any effort to repair and yet they charged us $100.00. They had all the info before hand. Why did they not tell us they would not attempt to repair. As far as I am concerned, it was a scam."

After charging my credit card for the full repair amount, they damaged my appliance to the point it is now irreparable, and the company has completely ignored my attempts to remedy the situation. If you use this company, which I would not recommend at all, do not let them take your money until you are satisfied with the work they have done. I am now having to consider taking them to small claims court. Do not use Oregon Appliance Repair. I can’t say enough bad things about my experience with them."
