+ -1 moreThe washing machine tub was filled with dirty water. The pump had ceased to work. I phoned Precision Appliance Repair in Prineville, Oregon and Mr Matt Kline made an appointment for the same afternoon. I live in Redmond Oregon and he arrived promply at the time suggested. The problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently resolved. DO NOT put small throw rugs with rubber backing into your washing machine. The sluffed off backing will eventually clog the pump. Mr Kline not only removed the dirty water from the washing machine, he did so cleanly and without leaving a mess on the floor. I have recommended his service to my friends.
