Very disappointing. Unresponsive and rude.

The Tile Guys did a very good job, the shower is beautiful. They were professional, honest, and did the job in a timely manner. Would definitely hire again.

These guys were so great to work with! Super responsive and professional, always very friendly too! They did a beautiful job on our backsplash, will definitely hire them when we are ready to do our bathrooms :)

The Tile Guys layed tile on my bathroom floor and walls, and on the shower stall floor. They gave good advice when asked, and were thoroughly professional, clean, and fun. I couldn't have asked for a better job from these great guys. Rating: EXCELLENT!

It went very smoothly and the project only took 2 days. Rick and Michael are very professional and efficient. The floor turned out to be great. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

Rick and Michael did an amazing job transforming my old bathroom with new tile. They are very trustworthy. And two of the nicest guys that have done work at my house!

We were impressed with The Tile Guys from the beginning of our job to the end. Their price was very reasonable and their work was top quality. We had some very specific designs that we wanted in order to frame two special handmade tiles in our shampoo cubbies. Even though it was tricky work, they did a beautiful job. Long story short: Had a semi professional person come and attempt to tile and install a shower pan. It did not work out. No permit, casket didn't meet wall etc...NIGHTMARE. After a couple of bids, Rick and Michael came out and we just hit it off. They were super attentive and very knowledgable. They were able to salvage as much of the current project and redid the whole pan. They also would take the time and explain the process pre- and during.

Rick & Michael were extremely professional and great to work with. They were responsive throughout my communication with them and punctual on their appointment time commitment. My wife and I were blown away with the end result! The pictures do not do justice on the quality and care they put into installing our new backsplash. We love it and would definitely recommend

Wish I had known about these guys years ago before a prior retile at a different residence. I had done my online research about bath retile projects and interviewed 4 tile contractors. Rick and Michael Hohensee exceeded my expectations. It was an excellent experience from the first phone call where we discussed the method and materials he uses for waterproofing. Rick came out to check out the job and give me an estimate and we discussed options and details. We had kept in touch by text in the weeks before the project was scheduled, but I was pleasantly surprised when Rick called the day before the job began to confirm arrival time and the parking situation. They were professional, prompt, pleasant, meticulous, and tidy! The surround turned out beautifully and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. I am happily recommending The Tile Guys to family and friends.

When Rick Honehnsee came out to look at the job, said he would get me an estimate right away. A week went by and no estimate. So, I called him. He complained that he had just been to my house 2 days ago and said he would have the estimate by the next day. Never did receive the estimate. Had to hire someone else. Considering I am a very polite person, I can only assume that he is not very professional.

It went really well. The Tile Guys were professional, very kind, great at following up, and did an amazing job. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner and their pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for my next tiling project. We recently put our house on the market and received a lot of compliments on the bathroom. Thanks again!

I contacted Rick who told me initially the earliest they could get to my project was over a month out. I had been getting the same time frame estimate from other companies I had contacted. Rick called me back later in the day and said he could come by and take a look at my project and give me an estimate. When he arrived for the estimate, he also said he had made some calls and found one of the guys he works with who had a couple days open the following week. We couldn't be more pleased with the tile work and job completion. Everyone arrived on time every day, cleaned up nicely at the end of each day and at the end of the job. As much as the great tile work, I really appreciated Rick's concern and effort to help us get this job done. He went above and beyond to make this job happen for us. I would highly recommend The Tile Guys of Oregon. They are awesome!

The Tile Guys were prompt, thorough, professional, and fairly priced for the extensive tile sealing project in our new home. They guarantee their work. Nice! Would definitely hire them again.

It went wonderful. Michael and I picked out tiles together and talked about what would look best since my tiles were all different colors. He was fast, and most importantly, cleaned up after himself constantly. It looks terrific!

Very well. He showed up when he said he would be there and finished the job on time. There was very minimal disruption to my household. Everything was left clean. The shower looks beautiful. He did a great job and I would highly recommend The Tile Guys!

The Tile Guys Oregon were very straight forward and professional. It was very easy for me to relay my ideas to them in how I wanted the shower to turn out. They did a fabulous job and were very clean and organized in there approach. I'd have no issue at all hiring them again to come back to my home for another install.
