The whole process went very well!
Description of Work: On time in storm conditions. Didn't think they would be here, but they showed up during "snow conditions" they showed up installed the new system and fixed a bunch of other problems having to do with phone lines. Totally Happy wiht this company's service! I would recommend this company to all my clients. I'm a general contractor in Portland Oregon,Westwinds Remodeling LLC. and from time to time I get asked this question? Do you know a good alarm company? Excellent service.
Description of Work: Very professional business. Here right on time, clean, neat, did exactly what they promised they would do. I now have total peace of mind with my home secure (including fire alarm monitoring and windows, etc.) and I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

Everything went well!
Description of Work: Marc came by and checked out my new house & my existing alarm system. He made suggestions for things to change so that my new system would be more user friendly and so that my pets would not activate the motion sensors. A couple of weeks later his company set everything up - they provided a new alarm box, new alarm keypad, new motion detectors, and two key fobs. I am very pleased with the work that they did - they took care not to make a mess and they even drilled an extra opening in my alarm box so that my Tivo can share the phone line. They explained to me how everything works and I'm pleased. I went with Portland Security instead of the original provider of service in the house I moved into, because the other provider had some complaints online and Portland Security has good reviews on Angie's List.
