Portland Movers Ready

When they were running just a little late, they called and I was fine with that. They came very soon thereafter. The haul away was probably much less than expected but I was just happy to have the shed cleared away at that price. When I came to see them off, one (of the 2 guys doing the job) said there was a dump fee still due. Luckily I had printed out the Angie's List ad and the paid in full receipt. The other guy called the office and must have been told all was ok as is. All in all, when you're ready to have junk hauled away, it's a great feeling when it's done. That little bump at the end was taken care of but I always print the listing and paid receipt with all the contractual particulars just in case.

They were careful courteous, prompt and efficient. They gave me the items I didn't want discarded to burn in my fireplace

The two men that showed up to do the work were very efficient and worked very hard. They didn't require a lot of oversight because they knew what they were doing and how it should be done. The Truck was loaded well and utilized all the room in the truck. There was no damage to the house or the furniture. Nothing moved in the truck on the trip to the new location.

As expected, onetime, fast, efficient and pleasant

I wanted the movers to go the storage unit in Vancouver Washington. I rented a truck and had my cousin do the drive, because I did not him loading it, and then doing that huge trip. When I originally purchased the deal, they said they could load the truck it on Monday the 28th. I told them that it would not work and they rearranged it, for Sunday the 27th. I had some family members at my storage unit in Vancouver, and they called to tell me that the movers never showed up. I was already in Costco in Orlando, FL. I called in to the office and spoke to Jeff, who said that they did not have any information on that order.

They were nice and friendly. Very cautious with everything. They put the piano extra where I wanted and were in a out in snap.

Two very efficient young men moved some of our personal belongings and some furniture from a small POD parked on the street into our home. The young men arrived on time and quickly got to work. They moved the furniture into place within our home and placed boxes and other items in the basement as requested. Portland Movers Ready have helped us move furniture and personal items into our home for the last couple of years. We'll definitely call them again when we need more help moving our stuff.

Punctual and professional. The only hiccup was one guy picked up my air conditioner from the back bending the coils. He apologized and made sure not to do it again. They took great care lifting my extremely bulky and heavy couch down 3 flights of stairs.

they were great. This would probably have been a better value if I'd utilized their truck. If I was having them move stuff on-site again I would have contacted the company directly.

They handled the furniture appropriately and got the job done within the two hour frame even than it was in the 90's. The furniture had many large, heavy pieces that were moved quickly without any problems. I will hire them again!

The move was fine, on time and no damage. Had a hard time communicating with them.

These movers were the Truth! They arrived on time, and came ready to get it done. They packed with care and expertise! They knew what They were doing. I gladly tipped them. It was a great experience!

The two lads who came to move the furniture for me were polite, hard working and friendly. They got right to moving all the furniture in a third floor bedroom to a second floor bedroom - everything from carpets to lamps - and they did it all with smile. The problem I experienced occurred because although I told the men ahead of time that the full sized box springs would NOT fit going down the stairs in one piece so they would have to take it apart prior to moving. I knew this from past experience, but they did not believe me so they tried anyway and put a fist sized hole in my wall. They were apologetic and called their boss who said he would get it fixed. The man who came to fix it did a good job of filling in the hole - but he failed to texture the spot before painting it. Now I have a huge expanse of textured wall and a gigantic smooth circle (7 inches diameter) where the hole used to be. It really looks terrible. I emailed the owner of the business and explained what had transpired and requested he send someone to get it properly fixed (with texture that matches the rest of the wall) but even after a week have not had a response. I find no fault with the two men who did the moving - but am dismayed at the non responsiveness and concern of the owner.

These guys are awesome...this is the second time I have used this company and my jobs aren't big but they scheduled me in this time the same day. I only really needed about 30 mins of work but it was an awkward 275 lb hot tub that needed to go around the side of our house and up a short but steep hill and on to our deck. They got it done..with some amount of effort and totally deserved the $20 tip I gave each of them. Work every penny...can't wait to use my new tub! Thanks Portland Movers Ready!

Very good the guys were on time and ready to work

Everything went very well, except that they had changed their policy and did not accept checks. We had to drive back toward Portland about 10 miles to get a cell signal so I could pay via credit card.

The two men worked hard for me. It was agreed upon that they owed me an $85 refund and I have not yet to receive it.

It went great. They were punctual and got the job done quickly.

It went very well. They absolutely knew what they were doing and were able to remove my 400+lb fire safe for us while we were moving houses. I did have to provide my own transportation, which added to the cost. But it all went extremely smoothly.

I had most stuff packed and the apartment was up two flights of stairs. It happened to be one of the hottest days of the summer and these two young guys muscled their way through without a problem. I had to get the last few things on myself only because towards the end we were all losing a little focus and wanting to get out of there.

Movers on time, professional and pleasant. Very efficient and helpful. Only complaint was regarding payment. Paid through Angie's List but company didnt have notice and became rather rude and unprofessional anout the whole thing.

It was straightforward, easy and hassle free.

Team arrived on time and quickly finished the job. There was a little confusion on my expectation that the cleaning would be done right after emptying the room. However, after a phone call, the cleaning was arranged and completed as expected.

It went fine. They were friendly, did the work, and didn't damage the house.
